Went to see Super Mario Brothers! It was amazing. I always love going to this movie theater. It always brings up good memories.
I really enjoy going to the movies, but if there was a better option in GF that is where I would go. Most of the staff is usually pretty friendly. The sound on the movies has gotten quieter. A number of the seats are in poor repair. The front end has no flow. You must buy tickets and concessions from the same queue. This causes horrible back up and long lines unless you pay for premium. Automated ticket sales machines, or reopening ticket sales from the "front end" would help. The soda machine set up is also a poor afterthought causing further log jams. There is no interface offering when seating has started. The whole system seems to be set up to take your money rather than to provide a fun experience.
Some seats are ripping. You kinda get lost in lobby. U need an upgrade. Overall, staff was kind and helpful. Place was clean. New to area.
Can’t say I’ll be going back here ever again. This movie theater has been going downhill for a while. The theater was very dirty and smelled of urine. We went to one of the first shows of the day so this was unacceptable. Gross old candy left in cup holders and the bathrooms were not very clean. The worker we spoke to didn’t seem to care and wasn’t very polite. AMC should hold their theaters to better standards.
I pre ordered tickets to a movie for 4 people and was charged over 8 dollars for a "convience fee". That's outrageous and that fee shouldn't be more than 2 dollars for an purchase of any amount of tickets. No wonder movie theaters are dying. They Rip you off at every turn. People purchasing tickets in advance is probably saving money without even needing a fee bc it reduces the amount of staff the theater needs to have in house selling tickets.. not impressed at all.
Pre-ordering food watch out... They do not have a designated pick-up spot. You wait in line with everyone else. Hot food pretzels, ect gets added to the list. We waited 10+ mins for our pretzel. Maybe this is a new service, and they are working out the kinks ‍ but as of today, it is not worth it.
Its a ok theater if you’re visiting great falls for a few days and have a movie that you couldn’t miss. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sitting is really poor inside the theater as other reviews had mentioned and the screen size and quality is also mediocre.
Staff all enjoy their jobs, and go above and beyond to make sure every guest's experience is memorable and uneventful. There is always cleaning available, for staff. Popcorn yummy.
Definitely in need of a total remodel. Very dated, and it smelled bad in the theater. The staff was friendly and did their best with what they had, which is why not less stars were given.
Staff is rude and the rules of the theater make zero sense. I was trying to go to a rated R movie 17+ is the age for a rated R movie I am 27. I was then told I had to be 21 to buy movie tickets what sense does that make, zero. I had a picture of my idea they told me that I had to have my ID. I ended up seeing a different movie. The theater was old not very much room to even fit in the chairs like the seats were made for toddlers. The popcorn I got was old. Which was a surprise since this movie hadn't even started yet like they could make fresh popcorn since they new a movie was going to start.If you want to drive to Helena for a better experience I wouldn't blame you.
