Theater smells awful auditorium #3 as soon as you walk in smells like a funeral home. You can't butter your popcorn here ever it is always under maintenance. You can also hear every other movie playing in the different parts of the theater. The only thing good is the staff. Don't come here! The walls are stained, and the floors are nasty.
My family, fiancé & I all went in to try to watch the movie, Sound of Freedom. We got in & seated about 20 minutes early & sat through all the commercials which were very quiet, but we didn’t think anything of it, assuming the audio would get louder when the movie started. Several minutes later the movie started and it may as well have been muted with how quiet the sound was! One of the ladies seated next to us got up to go ask for the volume to be turned up. She came back & filled us in that one of the female workers blew her off & wouldn’t address the issues. So one of my family members went up to get the issue resolved. After a several minute dispute, the female worker turned up the audio to the movie. Another hour into the movie goes by, the audio goes close to mute again. Again, one of my family members gets up & goes to address the situation. This time a man was working & tried to completely ignore the requests of my family member. He then told us, “well, that’s how the movie is, I can’t control the volume!” To which we replied, “that’s strange because the female worker an hour ago figured out how to raise the volume of the movie.” He eventually turned up the audio but only after having to go up to him twice & miss 10 minutes of the movie. Absolutely disappointed & disgusted at the behavior of these workers towards their customers & over a movie EVERYONE needs to watch.
I just wanted to thank your manager Morgan and other kind Staff for such great service today at the matinee! They were fast and happy to help with our big group! Made our morning so fun and enjoyable!
my friend and i payed for a movie we sat down , we were there for maybe only 5 minutes, we found the movie boring to watch so we wanted to ask for a refund. we asked the young girl on till and she refused to give us a refund. she asked for our reasoning and we told her and she said no as if our reason wasn’t good enough for a refund.
I remember when they said they were updating everything, but it hasn't happened yet. Either way can't complain, it's a movie theater and we saw a movie.
Immaculate small town theater vibes. They always have the cheapest tickets, and are generally super friendly despite being in the back of a VERY Haunted empty mall. I consistently go with my friends again and again, and will continue to do so.
Nice to have a movie theater. Great treats and comfortable seats. Love the popcorn bucket and Tuesday deals.
My friend and I paid for a movie and we were there for not even 5 mins and decided to leave and a lady employee refused to refund us because our reason for leaving wasn’t good enough.
Went to see Top Gun matinee. Fast, friendly, fairly clean given number of people there. Movie started quite late because of computer system issue. They gave everyone a free ticket for having to wait so long for the movie to start. Excellent service! I really appreciate that. Will be going again soon.
The theater was clean. The seats are a little low for this old man. I was under the impression that they were going to remodel, but then COVID19 hit. I don't mean to imply that the furniture isn't serviceable. I was comfortable throughout the whole movie, when I got down into the seat.
