I love this place after their renovations and new comfy recliners. Their online convenience fee is a bit expensive so I usually like to buy the tickets on the counter. I wish they had more choice on foods though. Also sometimes the seats are not cleaned. Last time I went in there were cup of drinks at my seat left by previous person. For sanitaion and hygiene "-2"
I've been coming here for years. Always excellent service. The staff is always friendly and accurate with orders and the managers are always helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a solid local movie experience. Stubbs membership is worth it if you see movies a lot.
The TV Channel is good but the movie theaters are not properly maintained or cleaned to a basic standard. The seats were sticky… & the employees throw shade you if you aren’t one of their virtue signals also. #freeamerica
Theater is very comfortable. Spacious reclining heated seats. Make sure you are rested up otherwise you may find yourself asleep. Lol. I did. Staff was very nice. Facility clean.
Ok. I think that they don't know that if you have premier member card, you should be the next one in turn. Well we have to wait 3 people before us, and in the 4 was the guy in line who give us the turn. The employee didn't bother to say anything. So why pay for the premier card if in AMC Stillwater does not give the special treatment that we suppose to have?? Better movie theater than before but they don't have cozy chairs. They should have designate chairs like in the other theaters.
Was able to purchase tickets online, which was great. Theater and seats were nice and comfortable. Concession experience was a freaking nightmare. Decided to use the app to order ahead. Selected a time and paid. The app said to go to the kiosk and pick up our order at our designated time. Well, there was no kiosk. We had to wait in the same line everyone else was in that needed to buy tickets and food. The popcorn machine was broken, and they apparently ran out of soda. We waited at least 30 minutes past our pick up time in line, causing us to miss the first half hour of the movie. The Concession lobby OBVIOUSLY cannot accommodate the customer base. We might return, but only for a movie. Definitely not doing concessions ever again!
Before the remodel, I didn't enjoy visiting the theater what-so-ever. It was cramped, uncomfortable and nearly impossible to find good seating at. While the prices have gone up, AMC has improved the place a lot including the ability to pre-select your seating, purchasing food and snacks, and even enjoying reclining seats as well as heated back warmers in the chairs. The screens are the only thing that could be updated as well due to them seeming worn out since the Carmike days. Still, a major upgrade and highly recommend giving the new showrooms a whirl.
Sinage inside could be better. It was too low so it was hard to see where to go for things in a crowded room. One of the speakers was crackling in theatre 3. But over all decent. Much nicer than the one we had in Enid.

First experience with the new recliner style seating. Very comfortable!
