Carmine's Italian Restaurant

Food was delicious. We enjoyed the family style eating. We ordered garlic bread and fried calamari as appetizers then 2 different pastas for entrees. Definitely too much food for 6 people but we all ate happily and had leftovers for later. Needless to say portions are big. I love that the online menu has pictures of all the plates, it really helped us pick out what we wanted. Service was good! Would definitely recommend!

I would come back here for dinner. We went during happy hour on a weekday and got seated at a high top table right away. Service was excellent. The chocolate martini was yummy. We ordered a bunch of apps to share and get a variety. If I were to order again I would pass on the fried ravioli and eggplant app for one more substantial dish but definitely keep the mussels. The wine sauce had big slices of garlic and tomato. It was so good dipped with the thick bread.

First time here and I've lived in Vegas for over 30yrs. I came here for my bday/mother's day dinner with the family. Your gonna need a big family to eat all the food! Family style and they don't skimp on the portions! I can't say one bad thing about the night. The service was great and food was divine! Can't wait to eat there again! Bring your appetite, friends and family!

We had our small destination New Years Day wedding reception January 1st, 2023 at Carmine’s in Las Vegas!! Kay was our coordinator and has been helping me plan the PERFECT wedding since May 2022! She was very prompt responding, very honest and offered great advice!! I was honored to have my wedding here!! She was even sweeter in person!! BTW! The food here is AMAZING!! Huge portions! Stuffed mushrooms and linguine and clams were amazing!!! Loved our wait staff too!! Everyone was amazing setting up the tables/decor and layout for dance space! We ended up only having 18 guests but plenty of room for floor space, a DJ and photo booth!! I LOVED OUR WEDDING!!! Thank you CARMINE’S!!!

Delicious and HUGE family style servings! We went with 2 people and took so much food with us! Recommend going with at least 4 people and sharing 1 or 2 entrees max. The desserts are also very big! The drinks were perfect, and the service was wonderful! Will for sure go back with more people next time!

We had our Christmas 2022 lunch here while visiting Vegas. After walking by this leave during so many Vegas trips and seeing the delicious foods, we finally made a reservation. It was a great choice! There was just two of us and it’s family-style dining, but we wanted to eat! We had the Carmine’s salad which was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Our main course was the Ragu and it was loaded with different meats and so delicious. I think our server’s name was Jakob and he did a fantastic job with service and made the Christmas meal more delightful.

***Phenomenal*** Best dinning experience by far in Vegas Strip. We been to Vegas many times but this was our first time at Carmine's. The food was exceptional, the service is great and the price was at par with the rest. All the plates are family style and meant to be shared. The staff was extremely courteous and communicated with us during and day of reservation. Not one single complaint. Just Perfect

What I like: Large portion as everyone else has mentioned. One shrimp pasta was enough for 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids and the server was friendly. What we don’t like is the shrimps seemed to be just boiled and mixed with the spaghetti, so the sauce has no shrimp/seafood flavor, basically plain tomato seasoned with Italian herbs like what we can prepare at home. It could and should have been cooked better. I wish I could have ordered a couple more dishes to have a better review but just based on this one dish, I would recommend it to large groups who want to share food, do not mind noisy atmosphere, and keep the cost/person at $10-20/person, hard to find a meal like this in Las Vegas.

Guest experience was not up to par. Waiter didn't seem interested in serving our 3-top table. Ordered from the bar, but was never asked if we'd like to have another. From order time to serve time seemed to have taken extra long as other tables seated later than us began receiving their food larger parties-same waiter. Food was decent and good. Family Style - bit on the high side cost wise compared to some other vegas family style restaurants.

We had a private event here and the food was amazing! Service was mostly great. I think a more welcoming and friendly or happier demeanor from all the wait staff, not just most, would be nicer! Nobody wants to feel bad like they are bothering thier waiter, or having to chase them. Or seeing the lady who seemed in charge of them, with a stern, grumpy face either. If she was not happy with her team, it should not show out where the guests are. Overall, everything was great!
