I was very disappointed with the customer service at the meet department. The guy was so rude !!! Tried their bbq beef ribs but wasn't to impressed . I don't think I'll ever go there again.
Great friendly service, good meat, the pollo asado and the ribs are delicious worth trying cooked outside on a big grill, smell brought me there lol and the price isnt bad either
Best local spot for meat. Ranchera, cecina, smoked pork chops, pork ribs, beef ribs they got it! Weekends you can pick up grilled chicken and ribs being smoked outside. Love this place, been a customer here for over 15 years. Highly recommend. Also if you like spicy guacamole, they got it!
Carries all kinds of meats, produce, and other daily essentials. Staff is friendly and helpful. They make delicious roasted chicken and ribs outside in the parking lot, smells really good when you pass by. I gave it a 3 Star though because it's name does not really stand for what a real Mexican Chapala market would carry. Lack of Mexican products and beers. Their sweet bread can go hard after sitting in the bread box. Employees are not to be blamed, it's management. It's very clean though.
Good food has a lot of hispanic produce would recommend the ribs and there homemade salsa
Amazing Carniceria! I live down the street from this place and it's safe to say I will always be doing my grocery shopping there. The meats they have taste very fresh and the chicharron they have is to DIE FOR! They have a decent produce selection, very good priced Milk and eggs and the guacamole they make packs a huge kick! Me being Mexican, I absolutely approve Very nice people too, always friendly
Carniceria Chaparral is convenient and has exceptional service. It is one of the best butcher shops in California. Their price points are extremely competitive and the value is amazing giving how expensive food is today. I highly recommend them.
Carne chingona los fines de Semana asan ribs and pollos very underrated... give them a chance.. you could see the smoke and smell from miles lol
Limited inventory great fresh chicken on Thursday Friday and Saturday also barbecue ribs cook for you fresh the staff is very very friendly and it's a quick in and out with plenty of parking
