I just clld to see if they were a 24 hr laundry facility. How ever they were not but lady who answered the phone was really nice! - 3 stars for Politeness, & informative info abt the business.
Not the best but convenience of this laundry mat being 24 hours gives it a 4 star for me. I would of gave it 5 but doesn't have a bathroom or a machine to buy washing products just in case you forgot to bring or ran out. It's a few addicts that Rome around but they not looking to cause problems.
Needs a bit of repair but the 2 washers and 1 dryer I used worked well.
Not crowded many sizes of washers, dryers are fast. Coin changers working correctly. Open 24 hours. Pizza across the street.
The washing machine will lock up, and the manager Jason does not reply to text or call... very frustrating dealing with this kind of service.
It’s about my 3rd time coming to this laundromat but after today it’s defetnetly my last...after having my clothes in the washer for 2 hours and getting no response from the manager....feel really upset not having nobody helping me out in this situation...
