Very delayed on return calls. Charges months upfront for work not yet started.Long arduous voicemail.Once again is the lack of communication and now after paying a large amount of taxes the money is being refunded. We’ve called for her to explain and no return call

I really don't like writing reviews but after what happened with this company I feel I have to let potential customers know. I would not recommend Ms. Keane to anyone. I submitted my tax information months prior to the due date and then I heard nothing. Weeks went by, I called multiple times to get updates and only heard that they were working on them. The week prior to the due date I received no updates and had to call yet again. I was told I would have them well in advance so that I could review them properly and sign. Then I would get them by Friday. Nothing on Friday and no calls. Called them back and was told I would get them by the end of the day. Did not happen and got no call. On Monday I was told I would get them soon. Nothing. I got my taxes to sign off the MORNING that they were due for the IRS. No apology, no update, no explanation. I literally had less than 6 hours to review my taxes prior to the hard deadline. I was at work and had to stop my job to try to go through and sign them. I just couldn't believe that a reputable company would do this to someone. Please, avoid my mistake and work with someone who doesn't blatantly lie to their customers.
