Very colorful place, full of Carol’s paintings on the wall, complete with handmade mugs and soaps and vegan chapsticks etc for sale and a spot for live music. The bagels were homemade and awesome!! Great garlic chive cream cheese too. Cappuccinos were okay; coconut dream bar was drier and not as chewy as I’d have liked but it was tasty. Overall great atmosphere and service, plenty of options for food and baked goods, and plenty to look at.
Beautiful coffe/food place. You'll find many food options local artsy stuff, live music and a quite ambient atmosphere. Lattes are great, so are the pumpkin pie and the local specialties. Recommended!Food: 4/5
The best coffee place in town amazing, warm, and inspiring atmosphere surrounded by Carol's beautiful art. Get a bagel, they're better than anything I've had in NYC you can tell everything is homemade with love. The whole staff is really kind and Carol herself greeted us, helped us out, and talked with us about her art. An amazing stop. The coffee is delicious and strong too. Thanks for an amazing brunch! Love, Amanda and Thomas! They also always had someone jamming in the corner, live music really helped bring together all the elements of art in this one spot. A coffee shop and an art gallery in one. I could spend hours there just looking. Kid-friendliness: The owner remembered us when we came back the next edition day and greeted us by name, very kind and welcoming atmosphere
The people here are ridiculously nice, the coffee is outstanding, and the atmosphere is so fun. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Carol's space stands head and shoulders above any café or eatery I have ever encountered. Its unique atmosphere, excellent food and outstanding coffee is just the beginning! Expect enjoyable live music and superior customer service. I'm here everytime I pass through Owego.Food: 5/5
This place is fantastic. The live music creates such a great environment. My partner and I each got half a sandwich and a bowl of soup. All the items were DELICIOUS. Food was fresh and came out quickly. I couldn't leave without some baked goods, the strawberry half moon cookie and vanilla biscotti was out of this world. I can't wait to go back next week and try more! Also the staff was so warm and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 reccomend!
I love this place! Friendly service by the owners, awesome food, and a cozy atmosphere. Carol's artwork is beautifully displayed on the walls, and they have soft, live music playing by Greg Neff.Food: 5/5
We're newish to the area and stopped in to check it out. What a cool, vibrant space. Carol's art is just gorgeous and it feels cozy, artsy, and homey. You can tell that love built this place. Being new to the area it was nice to feel welcomed as everyone seemed kind. Even though we had never been here, I had seen such positive reviews and decided why not, I'll get a fruit pie here for my birthday. I requested a peach pie and all I can say is: wow! Buttery, flaky crust, packed with fresh peaches in a delectable filling, and a generously-sized pie at what I think was a fair price. It made my birthday special and the next several days, too, since we had a lot left!. While there, my son also got a slice of chocolate cake and I got a coconut dream bar. The cake was what you think of when you think of what a cake should be: stacked, full of chocolate flavor, lots of homemade icing. The coconut dream bar had a rich, buttery coconut flavor with a hint of chocolate and was nice and dense. We will definitely be returning here for treats, pie, coffee/tea and probably some live music, too. Definitely a must-stop for anyone in the area.
This is a wonderful lunch destination on a Saturday or a great stop for a coffee, latte and some easy-going live music on the side. The atmosphere is beautiful and the art pieces are amazing.
Just had the best soup and gluten free bagel here with a latte to top it all off… best soup I have ever had
