Carol's Corner Cafe had been one of my go to breakfast places until I moved away from the area 7 years ago. Now, being back for a visit, I had to go back for breakfast and they didn't disappoint. The food was just like I remembered it, good and plenty of it. The staff are always friendly, and like I said, you get plenty of food, you will never leave hungry, trust me.
I don’t know if maybe someone who has never had breakfast before, or isnt quite sure what food is, prepared the “omelette” i got here today but it was literally a solid mass of rock hard bacon inside a thin skin of egg. It wasn’t just wildly bizarre, or gross, but literally inedible. I remembered this place being great in the past…Food: 2/5
Ok people this place is no joke. It has some great home cooking and you will never find larger portions. So if u are hungry this is the place trust me. The only real issue is two things it could stand to be a little cleaner and the furniture is a little run down but don't let that discourage you the food and portions is well worth it.

I've heard good things about Carol's Corner, so we had to check them out. Boy, what a surprise when our food was brought out. I order should be for 2/3 people. They serve huge portions, and it is delicious. The pancakes, French toast, and sourdough bread were amazing! If you order an omelet, don't order a full size one. The half size fits the plate. Enough for 2 people. You won't be disappointed. I ordered homemade had browns, came with 2 eggs and potatoes. See the photos.
Visited Mom.. Did I say a surprise visit? And took her out to breakfast at the best place in town. If you are a light eater, order the half size and plan on leftovers. This place is worth the price, and we drove from Arizona to get here. Fantastic food and friendly staff. Vegetarian options: Vegetable dishes Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp and handicap parking
Carol's is our Father's Day tradition. Great food and HUGE portions. Stellar corned beef hash. The photo is half of the country omelette with country gravy. Yes, that pic is one half of the one I split with my dad. Go super hungry or plan on splitting a meal.Food: 5/5
Classic diner experience. A short wait on a busy Sunday morning for a seat, but the staff was keeping pace with the crowd. BIG portions were served up hot by courteous staff. Plenty of parking accessible from 78th St or St. Johns Rd.Food: 5/5
Fresh, great customer service, reasonable price. Huge portions! And I mean HUGE! I ordered half an order and look at my plate ‍ I was eating it for 3 days. Tasty! Don't forget their cinnamon roll, so you can feed your whole neighborhood week later still eating it, that one roll bigger then a cake. Enjoy!
The best classic American Diner experience I've ever had, every single time we eat there. Serving breakfast and lunch, the food is unfailingly delicious, portions almost ridiculously large, and the service is strictly top-shelf, fast and professional but warm and friendly as well. Now just last week, it did cost my Dad and me $47 for Sunday breakfast, but this included the $7.60 tip, the best Chicken Fried Steak in town and enough left-overs for us to share another full meal for two... It really doesn't get much better than this! ‍
