I am a new patient and received service here for the first time. The dentist and staff were very welcoming and answered all my questions. I want to have some work done on my teeth but was unsure which direction I should go. The dentist took the time to explain each procedure and was very kind. I’ve already recommended this office to my adult daughters and one already has an appointment scheduled for next week. I highly recommend.
I have anxiety and depression so taking care of my teeth and getting to a dentist is very hard for me. I was nervous to go in for my appointment but I was experiencing tooth pain so I had to just do it. I cannot begin how to explain how lovely everyone at Carol Stream Dental is. The women setting up my appointment, helping me with my insurance, and getting me checked in were so nice and helpful. Dr. Katris was so kind and went through everything that was going on with my teeth and how to move forward. The real star of the show was Jen, my dental hygienist. She noted my anxieties and was so understanding and gentle with the whole process. She never made me feel bad about neglecting my oral care and just said she was happy I was there now. If you have any fear about going to the dentist, I HIGHLY recommend Carol Stream Dental.
The front desk always knows us, smiles, and greets us warmly every time. Kaci, our hygienist, is so good she goes out of her way to make us comfortable and does a thorough job. Every dentist at the practice is insanely qualified, from Dr. Johnny for the kids to all of the adult focused dentists. I love that there is more than 1 dentist so that we always have someone who can see us - even when our schedule changes. Great practice!
Stay away! The front desk is insanely rude and condescending. They are incompetent about their scheduling and lie to pretend they are busier than they are in reality. The dentist there completely ruined my jaw and I was sore for over 2 weeks. The novocain did not work and I could feel everything it was excruciating. He had to keep giving me shots and was not listening to me. It was a dramatic experience. When they billed me they did not give me the appropriate discount for the fraudulent "plan" I bought into through them. Save your time and money to be mistreated and have a dirty awful experience. You can tell they are cheap and a low resourced.
The entire team is friendly and helpful. My hygienist Kaci is so caring and thorough. She makes suggestions for my overall dental health that are doable and that have made a positive impact.
A always the entire staff is very welcoming to me. I use a walker so there is always someone who grabs the doors for me. My techs are ale And always great and go out of their way to make me comfortable. They explain everything before and after the procedure.
I see Dr. Katris at CSDA. He has always done what is best for me as a patient. Dr. Katris is very caring and is concerned about making sure I have as pain-free of an experience as possible. The rest of the staff is always friendly and professional.
Karliegh was magnificent, Dr Kim was thorough and entertaining, will definitely refer Carol Stream Dental Associates to my friends and family!
As usual best front staff and my Dentist who I look forward to see them. I would not trade my dentist and all the staff for the best service they provide. Dr Hang feel like my family members talking yummy food he enjoys.
Dr. Hang is a great person and a friendly dentist. I've been a patient of his for over 5 years now and I highly recommend him. He's done a few of my fillings and crown work. His medical assistant in Carolstream is so nice. You can tell he treats his staff and patients very kindly.
