My clothes were sold however trying to get your money was close to impossible. .. only Karen the Mgr had access to files ... finally after 2 try of check being mailed I went in to pick up check .. deposited it and got letter stating NSF and was charged fee ... was told by their bank not enough money in account. ... what I had to go thru to clear this up is not worth doing this again ... do not trust carol dean nor staff .... they keep lousy records and do not update system. ... i could keep going buy I won't. ...

have been to your new location on 2 occasions within the last 3 weeks. On my last visit, Tuesday 5/3/16 I had a conversation with the a women Karen who claims she does not work for you. She is only there assisting and helping you. She also let me know that she was from New York. I am as well and it was obvious to me where she was from without mentioning to me. On my previous visit to your new location she was there as well and had handed me the majority of the consigned items. I had made an arrangement via a phone call to pick up the merchandise as it was not selling. I had in my account somewhere close to $8-9.00. Due to your policy of $1per item charged to me for items returned my balance is as stated previously. 5 items were not found and I was assured by the non-employee friend from N.Y. that I would get a phone call or e-mail stating the results of the search for this merchandise with-in 4 days to a week. I heard nothing and after 2 weeks went into the store 5/3/16. This friend helping you out negated any responsibility to reimburse me for the lost items. Her non-employee routine was in my opinion her rouse to not have to redeem what she had previously agreed to. Also on my first visit to your new location when I picked up the majority of my items, she stated that Caroldean stands behind her agreements and will pay for what is not found. Is this true? Attached you will find the list of the items. This non-employee also stated to me that 5,000 e-mails were issued to all consigners as you will be closing for the summer. That merchandise needs to be picked up. Somewhat confusing. I did not receive 1 of those 5000 e-mails. As it stands at retail, not returned is $263.95 @ 40%fee due me: $105.58
