When does Cary's store open? I do not like the service of this store. they don't clean the interior well. I have been 4 times and only once has it been good. I have paid an unlimited ful.

I came in for a deep interior clean, due to having toddlers. And this team went above & beyond! I believe I left with more than I paid for, honestly. So thankful for their kindness and caring.

Where to begin: I do not leave reviews ever, so this is how you know it was bad. Upon arriving to the kiosk to choose my option, the screen flashed blue and the gate opened. I did not get to select an option but already swiped my card as prompted at the beginning. I asked the employee if I was charged and he said, "No, the lights in the actual car wash would be flashing if I paid." So I proceeded to pay cash for the service I wanted. Come to find out that I did get charged for a service I did not even select. The service was terrible. outside and inside was awful. I ended up coming home and doing a deep clean myself. Now I am in the process of trying to get a refund for the charge to my card. Best part about it is there is literally no contact for this business. I will probably end up having to claim a fraudulent claim against this place of business. Anyways, take this for what it is, an honest review. Most google reviews are botted/fake. Best bet would be to wash your own vehicle if you are able to do so.

This place has always taken very good care of my vehicles. The staff is always very attentive to detail and treats my car as if it were their own. Always greeted at the paystation and assitance offered. Automated exterior wash does great, but if it ever misses anything, the detail employees get it taken care of. Interior detail services are always on point. Best place in Apex for full service or self service car care!

I am sad to write this review. My family and I have been using this place for years and recommended it to many. The last three times I have gone have been consistently bad. Yesterday was the worst. I get there and it’s hard to use the machine for car wash. No problem no ones fault. I pull up no one is there and the. I see a hand just waving me in. I am not lined up he doesn’t do anything. I fix it. He points to sign and walk back in office and he and the other employee are just on phone. No pre scrub of front of car. I go to vacuum and clean. No rags. It’s 9 am on Saturday. Mat machine doesn’t work. Trash barrels overflowing from day before. Wash was fine but 19 dollars for a wash and wax there should be some service or customer awareness. I am not going again. I can’t support this continued apathy and poor service.Services: Wheel washing

$39.00 was interior/exterior with a vacuum, armor all, tire shine. What I received was a $10 Shell Gas Station car wash at best. Inside not done. Second time in a few months with the same results. This used to be a great car wash.Services: Vacuuming

We’ve had a membership for years at this Apex location. Today, Sept. 4th when we went to get the car washed, the attendant as usual directed us to drive in however the tire was punctured bythe equipment before we started the car wash. Why didn’t you tell my husband to stop before the tire was in the wrong position? So we have no car wash and we are now having to replace the tire. When I called to discuss with the local manager he said that this type of issue is the Car owners responsibility. There was no Offer to help replace the tire. I then asked about canceling the membership and was told I could not do that over the phone. He said I had to be in person to cancel the membership.

Friday team was vastly superior than the Saturday one. The first car I brought they did a good job. However, the second car the other team did a terrible job on my car. Didn’t fulfill any of the exterior services I paid for… such as cleaning windows, vacuuming, cleaning tires, and poor wax job. Car wash doesn’t seem to work well either. Had to redo the Saturday teams work when I got home. Not to mention a large scratch that I didn’t remember from before bringing it here.

Despite being a regular for years, I won’t return.I noticed when I arrived at 12:20pm on a Saturday only one person was outside vacuuming although there were cars waiting. I struggled to find my regular wash inside and out on the screen so got out and tried to order it manually. No one came to help so after several minutes, I went and talked to the one person seemingly working. He told me it might be shut down but to go inside and ask. At this point cars were lining up behind me and honking. I went to the propped open door of the office and much to my surprise, FOUR employees were sitting there. None offered to help and they had clearly seen me. They said it was a shift change and my only option was to come back at 1pm. I asked to leave and they pulled the gate up on me as I went back to my car, hitting my arm. They even smirked loudly as I marched back to my car. Disappointing.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I've been using this place for years and it is great. The guys are always friendly. The automatic wash does a great job. It's not perfect, because nothing short of hand washing will be perfect, but your car will look good and it doesn't take a long time. The unlimited with the standard vacuum is a great plan. They are not going to deep clean the inside, but they get it cleaned up and you can't beat the value. You can vacuum and dry the car yourself if you're into that. There is a brand new location across the street. I went there once for comparison and didn't feel they were as friendly and the exterior clean didn't feel as fresh. Last, but most important, if you get any level of detail, tip those guys. Tips aren't optional and they deserve it!
