Don't Know who runs it now, but it is not what it used to be. Prices don't fit the experience anymore. Used to be worth the money, and now everyday needs to be 99 cent day. If it wasn't convenient when I come back home to visit, I wouldn't go there. I only gave it two stars cause, of the old time employees. The more recent employees help me to understand the culture of the bowling alley as well. Sometimes change is good and sometimes, things should be left alone.
We had our grandson 3rd bday party here on Superbowl Sunday because we knew it would be empty and the manger the owner was very racist. He got on the intercom 3 different times hollering at the kids and if u break my lights u paying 75 dollars for it. Did not pull us aside and tell us but yelled it on the microphone. Had an attitude the whole time we were there. He was very racist and it showed. The only customers there were white and he talked to them served them but acted as if we were not there. I advise any one of another race to not attend this place. I never ever pull the race card but when I know it and see it I say it. We left half way thru the party. That is how bad it was and how he treated our party.
The atmosphere was dreary directly because of the employees. No pep, no personality, strictly business. I get that with most professions, but when you overcharge for mediocre/partially stale food and beer that needs the keg changed you NEED personality to get returning customers.
Me and my family had a horrible experience. The man with the ball head with glasses was very rude to us. We came in ready to have a good time and very friendly. He had a bad attitude while we asked him questions. We never been there before so we didn't know what to do or where to go so we was already uncomfortable, he made it even more uncomfortable. They called lanes out to give away prices and not once did they call out lane 10. We was there for 3hrs. We spent good money there. We felt like we was racially profiled, but the sad part is the workers was the same race as we was. During admission the bald headed rude guy would stop talking to us and help other people, but be nice to them and than come back and be rude to us. He was rude to the worker that makes the food also. He was very unprofessional and I will be contacting the appropriate person because that is not how you treat people. We came in pleasant classy respectful, people and did not deserve that. There was one guy that was nice and asked was we ok. Than the people on the lane next to us that won the prize gave our kids the winning prize.
Nice family evening out, price right and music good. Had a great time. Fries pretty good too.
Nice place to go. Could be a little more wheel chair accessible. Friendly staff.
Wednesday is the best day to go, $1 games, shoe rentals, hot dogs, fries and drinks but do it before 6 PM
Great place for family fun!! Newly renovated. Highly recommend!
Nice lane, a little old but everything was in good shape. We had a blast and will definitely be back
Had an awesome time with my family. Was in the area visiting and came across this Bowling Alley. Best decision ever.
