Don't ever step foot in this office. It's for your own good. Never pick up phone calls, never calls back after leaving messages. Staff is by far the more rude and disrespectful staff I have ever seen or been around. I have 2 spinal injection at the same time. 1 on each side of my lower spine and he hit one of my nerves on the left side. My leg went flying in the air and I was hurting so bad and could barely walk out of the building. It mad my situation so much more that I had to go to the ER and get a CT and my primary dr sent me to talk with a lawyer. This office and the people working there do not care about you or your pain. I suggest looking for another pain management doctor. I asked TY carter if he would personally use him if he had this same problem and he said no..... i then said why on earth would you send me to him then. His answer was that he was in our network.... are you kidding me.
Unorganized staff and MD, very bad experience with Dr. Molnar. We have an active prescriptions but need a pharmacy change, and I cannot get in touch with the office to make simply accept the change. My dad has been without his medication for one month, I have been calling twice a week for four weeks.
I am very disappointed in the service I received from CMI . I came in in a lot of pain and an Achilles heel spur. They did X-rays, Dr Monar said she could put me in a foot brace and give a prescription for steroids to hopefully calm it down. To start with they did not have the right size boot for me , so they tried a small and it would not work, she gave me a large and when I first put my foot in it it felt ok. The more I walked in it the worse it felt my foot was kind of all over the boot, so I thought ok maybe I can just tighten it up and it would be ok. NOT !!!! Because it was already as tight as it could go so I haven’t been able to use it. Then I check with Walmart to see if they had my prescription nope . So I called back to the office and still no prescription Monday, Tuseday and Wednesday I called again. Finally around lunch time I get a notice that they have sent over a prescription. It’s not the steroids she said but volteran the same thing I told Dr Monar, I was using with no relief. I went to the doctor to get some relief, they have done no more for me that I was doing myself. They won’t return you call. Not happy with this place at all. ZERO STARS HERE
As a patient for a little over a year , I have finally found my doctor. Dr Carter is absolutely amazing , He has the best bed side manor I have ever experienced and funny at times . He has always fully evaluated my situation personally, and treated me accordingly to my needs. I have had 1 surgery with him and yes I was completely terrified as most would be but he took the time to set me at ease both in the office and hospital. So far one surgery down and one to go for the moment . I am completely confident in his methods and his drive to ensure that his patients are the best that they can be . Thank you doctor Carter for going through this journey with me and my family
I cannot rate Dr. Martinez De Andino and his office high enough. I am always treated with respect, and he shows genuine interest in how things are going for me. Dr. Martinez De Andino is an expert and gets straight to the heart of the matter. He is kind and very knowledgeable. I also don't usually sit and wait forever to see him. On top of that his office staff, and his nurse Robin sorry if I spelled that wrong in particular, goes well above and beyond in fighting with my insurance on my behalf. She is quick, friendly, and has the patients beat interest at heart. They care about me as a person, and a patient. Not just a paycheck. I'm so very glad I found them first when I came to Aiken.
If I could give a zero... I would have. I went for my first visit..in haste they took my co-pay. I explained my intense back pain.. and told him I had a recent MRI..that wasn’t with me. I was told he didn’t know me well enough to prescribe pain medication..but he would schedule x-rays or an MRI. I told him I was almost relying on muscle relaxers...to which he said I should STOP doing. I was told to come back in a week...bring another co-pay and he would see... I went home called my pharmacy... and was told I has a prescription from THIS office for the SAME muscle relaxer I was told to slow down with.....DID’NT know me WELL enough for pain medication...BUT fine prescribing the SAME muscle relaxer I needed to stop with....DEFINITION of a QUACK.....frame that co-pay...THE’LL be NO more...
During the last several year Dr. Holford has been my main Go-to guy for excellent care. He has guided me in keeping my mobility in spite of mother nature. I would like to especially acknowledge Christie Williams, his main nurse and coordinator. She is extremely efficient, replies almost instantaneously to my messages and is such a pleasure to work with. They are both super teammates!
As a cash pay I can say this experience has been a $1800 nightmare and counting. I went in in extreme pain. I explained what had been going on for 6 months with my hip. $600 later and I have a beautiful MRI of my back still in agonizing pain and now surprise I need another MRI this one on the area that I said was hurting. No worries cause I got plenty of money to be taken random pictures.. Now I sit her 4 days later and low an behold I can’t get an injection in my hip because they can’t figure out how much to charge me!! I kid you not.. and people wonder why there healthcare is so expensive.. As far as listening to me I give 1 as far as understanding my my limited funds 1 As for helping me with my pain absolutely -5
I’d like to start off by saying that I am never the one to write a review, but always read the reviews others have on an establishment. With that said, this is only of our personal experience. November 2018 my husband had fractured his foot. After going to DrMolnar we were transferred to Dr Holford—Fast forward through blood work, bone density test, and a Cat Scan...no answers. Today he went to be seen and the podiatrist saw a “line” on the X-ray- no explanation- a line. My husband had went to his appointment alone & as a wife that is concerned, I called to follow up on the appointment. I spoke to Jack, the most hostile, uneducated, medical personnel I believe they have employed there. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I could type a book, but this is only to educate people to really consider their doctors before deciding on their best fit. I have been told numerous times that this facility is the worst in the area. With that said, we have been informed we can transfer our medical records to a podiatrist that came highly recommended. I hope none of you experience this and DO YOUR RESEARCH. Shoutout to Sandra, the switchboard lady at CMI, she is a true class act for customer service.
Everything I am saying here is true. This is a completely amateurish practice! Dr. De'Andino's practice is inept, understaffed, rude, slow and - I'm sorry - but they lie! I have an urgent medical need for a rheumatologist and made a new patient appointment with Dr. De"Andino we recently moved to Aiken. When I made the appt I asked the staff person, Tina, if the Dr. has my previous rheumatology medical records to ensure he could properly and quickly take care of my flare. She ensured me that she did. I even double checked with my GP, who verified they had those records and had sent them to Dr. De'Andino's office. When I arrived, the paperwork I had to complete made me very uncomfortable as they required my husband's SSN, my mother's SSN and address, my father's SSN and address - I am over 55 years old! There were 6 sections I had to sign dealing with legal statements to protect them. Has he been sued in the past? They called to ensure coverage of my insurance when I arrived before they would even see me. I had to sign a statement saying that I would be charged $12 per page for them to copy my medical records. After waiting 40 minutes in the reception area with no acknowledgement other than a quick "I need your driver's license and insurance card", I was admitted to the exam area. The nurse there stated that they DID NOT have my medical records although I specifically asked that they were properly prepared for this appt and had my records from my old rheumatologist. The nurse threw the other staff member, Tina, under the bus saying "well, you spoke with Tina about that" and shrugged her shoulders. When Tina came in to the exam room, she said she had my referral but no medical records - even though I had specifically asked her when making the appointment if they had my records! She said it was my responsibility to bring my medical records - even when I told her in advance that my GP was sending them over. The exam walls had legal notifications in bold with underlines and exclamation marks talking about your bill responsibilities, about missed appointments. No "Welcome", no mission statement showing they care or want to provide excellent patient service. I left and am upset that Dr. De-Andino's office was inept, unprepared and unable to help me with my medical condition. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND.
