Very nice staff. Doctor Alioua was very kind. Informative and explains problems very well. He ask before he proceeds with certain test. He can pick up on you being very anxious during this trying time. That showed me he is caring and compassionate. Seems to be well qualified.
The doctors from my experience are very efficient, Dr. was very kind & informative with hope of fixing my medical problems in near future. The answering service & nurses not so much, very disorganized, no communication between the facilities team. Scheduled emergency biopsy with no communication & farthest thing to informative to me THE PATIENT, 1. Was told I’d receive a email. I MYSELF call 3 hours later They didn’t even have my email but-then again decided not to call and ask, just dropped it like oh the patient will call again or I’ll find this patients email? Then read my email back to me twice it’s wrong on three separate calls wrong after me even spelling it out with alphabetical words..?? Like what’s the struggle. Call again still not received they read it to me WRONG again. Flabbergasted at this point. Then can’t “email” suddenly & nothing they can do to help me further? Negligence. Couldn’t send info needed for the biopsy leading everyone in blindly including the medical team. Very rude & unnecessary commentary shared over the phone-while me the patient is in the bed at hospital getting ready for an high risk procedure- after attempting to speak with them for 4 days. It’s like instead of dealing with something they obviously didn’t know how to do- it turned to avoidance Way to cause pain & suffering ontop of unneeded stress no wonder Easley’s office is tucked hidden away.
Meet with Charis NP. On a virtual visit. I did not feel like she was very welcoming or friendly. She had a hard time hearing me.she answered my questions but I felt like I was getting on her nerves everytime I would ask for clarification. This is my health and I will get clarification if I don't understand something. I just felt like she could have been more nicer and showed more interest in me as a patient. There was no thank you. Or hope you get to feeling better. I do not feel like she was genuinely interested in me as a patient.
The last two times I've been here some of the nurses took another patient before me because they were waiting for my insurance company to answer the phone when my appointment was before that person. Just experience a bad conversation with Dr. Blake Shusterman who talked to me as if I were one of his kids. Which I sure as he'll didn't appreciate so being the better person I walked away.
Extreme lack of compassion. The rating grid should allow 0 stars or below 0. Would not recommend dr Christopher to anyone. In all my years in my career I have never seen a physician so full of themself that they can't listen to someone's questions about the decison they made about a patients treatment. She demonstrates no empathy towards the patient or their family members. Has absolutely no compassion about her role as a physician. If you question her judgment she interrupts you rudely and refuses to listen and answer questions especially if you have experience in the field of nephrology guess she doesn't like someone who knows she screwed up and can point it out. Her phone constantly rings and was very unprofessional considering you were supposed to be having a family meeting about the patients deteriorating condition. My advice to anyone referred to her to run! Or request another physician bc you will not get the compassion, respect or care you deserve from her. Hopefully she has a life changing epiphany that allows her to see people as human beings and not just a number on her chart and changes her practices.
Dr. Ward is a very thorough physician with a good bedside manner and more patience than most specialists. He listens to my questions and concerns, then answers without being condescending or talking down to me. I have had doctors who spoke to me like I was a child, nearly spelling everything in simple terms, and other doctors who spoke to me as though I were a colleague, using far too many complicated medical terms, and sounding like they used another language. Dr. Ward is a nice cross between the two types, speaking with awareness that I am an adult with a basic knowledge of medical terms but no degree. His greatest asset, however, is an obvious concern for his patients' health and well-being.
Labs take forever to be posted or received. I was admitted to a hospital where this group was assigned to me. They assured me I was fine, when actually I was in kidney rejection. This group is not at all on top of patients situations.
This place took advantage of my friend ! Vulnerable for relief and now owes 8,000.00 for unsupervised medical procedure! Please be careful!
They're a friendly staff; always greets you with a smile, who care about their patients.
