I have gone in several times now and had the same experience with atleast 3 different employees. They were all patient and helpful. When I finally made my decision they all took an additional 10% off the price I agreed to. One time they searched the store for free coin protectors to give me, another time I said I wanted to try an N-95 mask and they gave me one for free. If I cant find an item I think is priced right, they search until we find the perfect item at a great price. I stopped looking anywhere else for my coins.

Lachlan and Josh just delivered and bolted down my Liberty safe, and I cannot praise them enough for their effort and can-do attitude. My old home has some tight turns and tough angles and they hung with me as we made the needed adjustments to get my safe in the basement exactly where I wanted it, bolted down and all. Excellent and courteous service.

What an awesome experience!! Professional & friendly FAMILY OWNED business. I bought a Liberty Fatboy Extreme Blackout safe & couldn’t have gotten a better deal on it. There was a small blemish on the side of the safe, which was pointed out to me by the owner immediately, that was Liberty Safe’s error during shipping. Not a big deal to me, but the owner insisted on making it right. My only response to him wanting to send me some complimentary accessories to make up for the blemish was “as long as it isn’t coming out of your pocket Sir”. Low & behold, today in the mail I received a USPS Priority Mail box with a pack of Liberty Safe Handgun Hangers & a Liberty Safe Humidity & Temperature Monitor. I honestly didn’t expect over $35 in accessories for an issue that wasn’t their fault. Being a small business owner myself, the last thing I wanted was for them to pull money out of their pocket for something that wasn’t their fault. The bottom line is that I will be recommending Carolina Safes to any & everyone I know that is in the market. If I should every need another safe in the future, I will not hesitate to call them. Thanks again!!!

Just purchased a safe from these folks. Taylor, who dealt with me on the phone and then when I made the trek to their shop the following day, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but she made the process easy and pleasant. Highly recommend these folks -- a great local and family owned and operated business.

Lachlan at Carolina Safes is very easy to deal with, dependable and went above and beyond to help me out. My safe arrived way faster than expected and would have been sitting in my garage if Lachlan hadn't squeezed me in at the last minute. Not only did he get here at the time he said he would the very next day but he also didn't overcharge me for the last minute help which was really refreshing. Especially, considering he had to drag my safe around my house through the sloping backyard and into the basement...... which was 1,100 pounds. I would recommend them all day long to anybody who needs services from them.

I had the combos changed on 2 safes. They came out and completed the changeovers. I had an issue with one of the safes, They came back out and fixed the issue. Great folks, great attitudes. None of the usual stuffiness/stupidity you get from firearm dealers. They have a customer for life!
