Chaos theory includes a concept called the butterfly effect, where the flutter of a butterfly’s wings can set off a chain of events that ultimately causes a hurricane halfway around the world.
Often, the chaos and storms in our life circumstances are the result of metaphorical butterflies - negative and limiting belief systems that we formed long ago. The good news is that, like the butterfly, we can experience a metamorphosis in our ways of being, our perceptions, and even our physical circumstances, that will allow us greater freedom, vitality, and abundance. The four-step emotional release process consists of

2. Speaking Out Feelings
3. Role Playing
4. Closure and Retesting
It beautifully synthesizes traditional therapeutic techniques with methods including muscle response testing, guided imagery, neuro-linguistic programming, and more. The result for many people is an experience that goes deeper and produces greater insight and faster results than traditional therapy alone.
