Carrabba's Italian Grill- Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

Overall, this was a great dinner and experience. Service was over the too. Our waiter was hands down, one of the best I have ever had. There was no wait, and we were seated right away. Our server went over the menus and a few new touches they added. Drinks and our appetizers were there in a flash. The entrees we orders were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this location for a Carrabba's as this is one of the best I have been to.

The service here was great. Adam stated this was his fourth day at work, and he was very excited and very attentive. The food service was extremely fast and came prepared as ordered. The taste of our food was 0K it wasn't the greatest my husband love the lasagna I thought that my eggplant Parmesan could've been a little more flavored. The Parmesan truffle fries did not taste like it's name it was pretty average I would not order again. The ambience of the restaurant pairs well with the Italian theme but the food did not match up.

Tonight was the perfect example of an employee doing great customer service. I walked in around 630pm and the hostess seated me right away. I had been waiting about 15 to 17 minutes with no wait staff so I asked the hostess if she could let them know I would like to order. She apologized and quickly went to get the waiter Lucas. Lucas came to the table and never made an excuse for not seeing me. He stated right away, I apologize for the wait, I am Lucas and I will be your server tonight. He was kind and polite and owned his mistake in the delay of service. He took my drink order, and I gave him my food order as well. He did not hesitate and made sure everything with served promptly and with a kind smile. He checked on me several times during my meal to make sure I was doing well and was always very polite and kind. He is the perfect example of an employee taking ownership for an error and finding a quick solution to solve the issue and continue to give great customer service. I did speak to the manager on duty and explained that I am a 30 year District Manager and we have been training here in Orlando all week on how to teach our staff and manager this type of customer service. You should be very proud as a company to know that your team is giving amazing customer service and Lucas is the perfect example of it. Keep this wonderful training program up it is working. Parking: I had no issue finding a great parking location in front of the restaurant.

We are visiting from the UK, and had an amazing meal - Alex was our server, and was polite, efficient and funny! He thought of everything, and was attentive but not intrusive. Alex was knowledgeable about the menu with regard to all the ingredients and dietary restrictions/allergies, and was able to make recommendations that catered to our dietary needs. The oil and herbs to dip the fresh bread into tasted amazing - such a mix of flavours. Four of our party then had the chicken soup, and two had salads… clean plates all round! We had a mix of main courses; some pastas, a steak, a salmon and a chicken Marsala - all the meals were delicious and cooked to perfection. The new vegetable ravioli was a nice surprise - often goats cheese in a dish over-powers the rest of the ingredients, but here it just added a subtle flavour without dominating. We had to take some of our main courses home in a box so were too full for dessert, but the ones we could see other diners receiving looked delicious - we might come back again solely to eat dessert!

Food was delicious! They had the best cheese sticks i have ever had!! The service is amazing and has such nice waiters. The guy who brought us to our table was so kind. And we absolutely loved our waiter named Eric! He was so nice and helped us with everything. We enjoyed talking to him about things that had to do with food and the restaurant but also random things like hockey and sports! Every time we come back we will be asking for Eric to serve us! Definitely recommend!

Our Server Sean was very funny and entertaining! He made us feel welcome and always made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be coming back soon because of his service :Food: 5/5

Sean the bartender was friendly, fun, and efficient. He made menu recommendations and made sure we had the things we needed. When he was busy, I really appreciated how the other team members assisted to make sure things stayed on course. The crab and shrimp pasta was really good. I will be sad to see it go.,Food: 4/5

It was a pleasure dining in at Carrabba’s again during my yearly visit. This location is primarily the one I go to. I had the pleasure of being served by Phil this evening. He provided me with the exceptional service and smile throughout my dinner. I was hesitant to try two appetizers because I can’t handle spice, he gave me a sample taste before I ordered. He recommended dishes that were a must try too! I will be returning again for sure after this visit. Seated near the open kitchen allowed me to get a clear view of how well the kitchen and the floor team work in sync!

The server was great and answered any questions we had. The food came out fairly quick. Did not have to wait long for anything. Everything we ordered was cooked well and tasted amazing. Will definitely be coming back to this location. Such a great dinner experience!Food: 5/5
