Hi to all! My name is Sandra Bazzo. I have been a hair stylist in Rochester Hills for 11 years. I love my job but felt I could do more for my clients by opening my own salon. Carriage House Salon is free of attitudes, drama, and excessive noise You can come and enjoy your visit in a quaint and inviting atmosphere. Each stylist is independent, setting their own hours and prices. This page showcases my hours, prices and specials. Callina is an AMAZING hairdresser. I found her by reading all the positive reviews about her work and they were not wrong. I'm SO impressed with this salon. Callina is not only very knowledgeable when it comes to to the latest hair fashions and trends, but she listens to her clients. She spent a great deal of time making sure my color and cut was just as I wanted. She then took the time to show me how to curl my hair. I never felt like she was rushing me out, trying to get her next client in, she made time for ME. From its adorable decor to its cleanliness, this salon is top-notch! Exceptional service, comforting non-intimidating setting, going above and beyond to take care of their clients.  Online booking is fantastic!  Elysabeth was amazing, not only listening to me, but making sure I was happy with my perfect cut.  Emily always makes my daughter feel special and beautiful.  A hidden gem of a salon.

My hair was in such terrible condition the first time I walked into Callina's Salon ... now my hair is healthy, hydrated and shiny.  Her hair coloring is fantastic and I feel like a million bucks all the time!   I love that Callina will explain what you need to do to keep your hair looking good and in a healthy condition! Callina is just fantastic. She provides wonderful guidance on how to care for my curly hair and always has something new to try with my hair. My hair always turns out perfect!

Callina is excellent! She is very conscientious in doing excellent work. I won't go anywhere else. My mother-in-law has had haircuts from Emily and was pleased with the results.

The owner is my stylist.  After happily rescheduling 3 times as requested by the salon, there was still an issue with double booking or being under staffed when I finally got in.  I ended up waiting 3 hours past my original appointment for service  and I did offer to reschedule for another day several times . I was given a hydration treatment "for being patient" but I feel like she should have discounted my trim as well. I paid $78 !!  My trims are very simple and take 15 minutes at best and she does a nice job. However, I've noted every time that she doesn't really listen to client requests. Forinstance,  she told a teen next to me that she should wear her hair as she cut it and come back if she " still wanted it shorter", despite the woman asking her to cut it shorter and repeatedly showing her a picture on her phone of what she wanted.  This was my 3rd and last visit. Each time things have been very chaotic, the owner stylist consistently talks about how poorly organized she is, she pushes hard for every client to buy high end products and if you want to tip with your credit card, the only choices are 15%,20% and 25%.  In retrospect I should have been firmer and left after an hour, but because of her repeatedly rescheduling me, I was 4 weeks behind getting my cut.  I very rarely give poor reviews, but after speaking with several stylists and friends, I feel I must.

Awesome experience! Beautiful cut and color - Amazing people - I'm so glad I came here! I highly recommend it!

Moved in November and Callina came highly recommended by my nail tech Melissa. She really knows her hair chemistry and is a master at cuts & color. She even cut some wigs I had to give them an updated look. Will be my new stylist forever.
