Racist or Rude, maybe both. Lady followed us around every step we took. Still shopped anyway & bought a beautiful purse. I figured maybe it was just a bad day. I went back the next day to finish purchasing accessories for my purse & still received the same horrible service. If your Mexican & don’t look the part, you definitely won’t be welcome there. As for me I will always be a jeans, tshirt, & converse type a person regardless of what I can and cannot afford.
RUDE RUDE RUDEE !!!! Only will be nice to you if you are white. Don’t even bother going in.
The service at the Carriage is the best. I recently purchased a pair of Birks online from the Carriage website and needed them in two days as a gift. I was told it would take 10 days to 2 weeks for my order to arrive. The next morning I had received an email from Christina at the Carriage that she had the size I needed in stock. I was able to purchase them online and pick them up that same day. Christina went above and beyond to check her inventory and make me one happy customer. I am truly a satisfied customer and I purchase all my Birks at the Carriage. I highly recommend you stop by and let the ladies at the Carriage help you with your shopping needs.
HORRIBLE service. The employees there make you feel like you are Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" when she walks into the store on Rodeo Drive! I thought, "hm, maybe this girl is just having a bad day" so I try a second time going into the store, but was given the same poor service. And to be honest, you can buy Birkenstocks A LOT cheaper online!!! "I can't wait to step foot in there again, and be welcomed by a lady who looks me up and down with the "I caught the stomach virus" face" -said NO ONE EVER! I feel that their job performance would improve greatly if they would just quit doing their job!!
Was not payed attention to at first. Then was helped with the birkenstocks, the girl was friendly. When I was going to check out an older female employee was going about her business while I stood there at the counter, in front of her, for a long time. The other girls working were chatting up a storm to eachother. Horrible service. It's better to just buy birks online than to pay a business to provide bad service and ignore customers. Will never return.
This is a nice shop but the lady helping us was very RUDE. If we had not drove 1 hour to get a bag from here I would not have purchased anything. Mezt time we will order our John Hart online
Great place to get your significant other great presents! The staff are always friendly and super helpful when it comes to helping you find the perfect gift for the wife!
They weren't as helpful. I wanted my item from the back that hasnt been messed with. They said I had to take what was on the shelf. For the price I paid for. It was put in a bag and on my way. Not pleased.
One of my favorite places to shop. So friendly & helpful.
Cant believe they asked my wife for her ID.... supposedly cuz for safety purposes .... good thing my wife showed her ID, and left them hanging with there product... I didn't know a place like this would ask for ID to buy a blouse... how stupid.....
