Love it! Love the neighborhood but most of all love I love the office staff. The office staff makes you feel welcoming and any issue we have they fix it right away. This place is an actual neighborhood and bring people together. If you are looking for a family neighborhood to live. It would be here.

I don't think this place deserves a 1 star, I would put 0 stars if available. Please, if you can avoid living here, please don't. Every year they raise the rent $50 dollars, supposedly to do improvements to the park, but they never fix the real problems with the park. We've been complaining about the roads in the park, they are awful filled with potholes everywhere and they don't do nothing about it. They only did a make over to the entrance of the park the office for them to have a nice place for themselves and attract clientele but they don't care about their residents. They want to complain about every little thing and want us to fix it by the next day unless you argue about it, they give you a couple of more days but they never do anything for the park because their words are "those are multi-million dollar projects". Please, I'm sure with what they charge every tenant in this mobile home park 700ish a month you're going to say you can't afford it. You should lead by example and take care of your residents and the park we live in, starting with the roads, and then you can gladly come and demand things and everyone will gladly do things for you. You should be ashame of yourself and of your work ethic.
Great team, front desk is very good, hard working and had a very good time this weekend with drinks,pizza,fruit, and balloons for the kids had a great time!!!!!!!!

Pure garbage this trailer park that has not opened the pool while in other places they are already open because that is going from bad to worse that is why they are left alone with this park you are streets full of craters People I do not recommend this place to live here they shamelessly raise the price of water, that's why today I'm going to report them to the cooperative and association of trailer parks
very good manager dolith does an amazing job she knows how to do her job well and always make sure everything thing is done when you tell her about the issue !
