Hmm mostly 1 star reviews except for that one glowing questionable entry of 5 stars in another outfit of reviews gathered from users. Family member or friend? Makes me really think about its veracity since everyone else gave a one star review. And this review is definitely south of that 5 star. No worries, I've got all the time in the world, waited to be seen 1 1/2 hours and that's with an appointment. They call you inside and you wait another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in the room you're in. He talks to you and listens to your breathing and heart in under 15 minutes then he's out the door. After that, you wait another 30 minutes for your chart to be closed so you can go your merry way. Definitely not the best choice for a medical provider but this was assigned to me by my HMO. Have since transferred services to KP and have never looked back since.
I've called 4 times this morning just trying to make a simple appointment to get a referral to see a BETTER doctor and still no answer what is the point of having a phone if you never answer the phone I'm tired of doctors offices like this I don't even care that they are unprofessional at arrival just get my doctors stuff in order so you know I can live
form 1 to 10 I have a # 2 for this Clinic.
I try to make an appt and I was on hold for over 22 minutes at the end the lady that pick the phone she ask me why are you still holding so I said cause you just told me to hold and she said I told you the next available appt is for 1 month from now so I told her my mom has to travel and she needs her results can you give me a copy then so I can go to another doctor so she said NO you have to see the doctor so I explain but she needs to see him In less than a week if not she wouldn't be able cause she has to leave so she told me then is nothing that I can do and hung up the phone and I called back and nobody answer anymore the doctor Carrillo is a very Good Doctor but his crew it has no manners and the worst customer service I have ever seen they should all get fired and get a new group cause everybody is the same even when my mom has a appt they still make her way up to 3 hours after her appt just to check her vitals and gen another 30 minutes for the doctor to com in sorry we are moving out of this doctor I added the picture of the over 18 minutes call cause I forgot to take the 22 minutes hold to prove that I was on hold for that long
This place is a joke of doctors office I would highly not recommend taking your children here I mean just the questionaire is unprofessional from The moment you walk in you can already tell what service your going to get cause they will ignore the fact that you are there till there ready to speak with you Idk something is off about this place and staff DONT Work the medical fields of u don’t have the passion to truly care for patients that are in need of services front it is your job to welcome and greet your patients and answer the phone there they let it ring and ring or just pick up and hang up as for the back office services mmm a little less sarcasm could use a little more professionalism asking my child if he is involved in gang activity has nothing to do with a physical seems more like a personal question and questioning his fashion appearance is none of your business!!!! Moving forward we will no longer use there services for our medical needs
I just walked in after multiple days of calling trying to reschedule my appointment, and they said they still couldn't help me , the lady at the front desk couldn't even have a full conversation with me as she kept turning around moving things , answering the phone and talking to coworkers, I felt that was very rude, of her and unprofessional, she said she can't take me in as a walk in , that they "don't do that" , not to mention every time I've tried making an appointment with Dr Carillo he's always on vacation or not available , even when I do make an appointment with him he is unable to attend due to his own schedule, it's frustrating coming here , and even the assistant nurse that has helped me after reading my file asked me to explain so many things to her that I felt she should know as a assistant in this facility, I am not a nurse or anything so my vocabulary wasn't sophisticated at all. This place is not friendly at all.
The worst doctor I have ever met.My wife was pregnant and need a referral letter.They just could not get it done at all. It delayed and my wife had a miscarriage.The receptionist could not even know how to send a fax.I reserve my right to see them in the court.
Its no the BEST clinic I can not say the nurses are rude because they where not rude to me but yes they take for ever to have u see the doctor my appt was at 330 pm I got there 320 pm and I got seen by the doctor at 5 pm horrible.
Worse clinic ever they are super full and they still take walk ins waiting time more that 4 hours simply just bad
Seriously they never answer the phone don't like this clinic at all
