Carroll County Airport Restaurant

We had my father-in law in town for a week that used to work with small planes years ago, we also have five younger children that love planes so we figured why not try it. Food was fantastic, everyone loved watching the small planes and a few helicopters fly in and out while we ate the front porch is highly recommended if it’s nice weather out. We loved it so much we ate there three times that week . HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, great food, great prices, fantastic and friendly service! Kid-friendliness: My kids five of them lol all loved the food, we actually have two that don’t eat too much, they like to pick at their food, they both ate ALL of their pancakes. They all really liked sitting on the front porch watching the small planes and helicopters come and go. Parking: Ample amount of parking in parking lot in front of building. Wheelchair accessibility: Large wheelchair ramp going into the building, building seems to be pretty handicap accessible. It is a smaller older building so some places can be tight but overall seemed pretty ok to me.

If you are into diner-type restaurant, this is for you. Very old-timer setting, located right at the airport, family atmosphere. Nothing fancy on the menu, very basics but done well amd from scratch. Definitely try the pies, they are really good and made from scratch!

Being an airport restaurant already makes it a great place on my books, and on top of that, they serve very hearty breakfasts. Loved the "Perfect Landing", that's exactly what I needed before I headed out to Cheat River Fly-in, WV.

Good food but I had VERY slow service. The reason was short staffing and a large crowd I believe. My waitress was very courteous and kind though despite being behind and very busy.

Absolutely incredible, if you're visiting the area via vehicle or plane, this is a stop you don't want to miss.Food: 5/5

Awesome pie! I ordered individual slices of coconut cream, chocolate peanut butter, raspberry cream and cherry pie to go and the waitress couldn’t have been more patient and kind. The place has awesome decor pictured below and is a great fly in spot for food or dessert. I highly recommend trying them out via driving or flying.

Small place, but good breakfast and even better prices. Wait for food was about 20 minutes. Got a table straight away.Food: 4/5
