Carroll County Health Department

Unfortunately, I was their to visit Vital Records to obtain my Fiancé Death Certificate. The woman was very informative and gave me the Correct phone number to Coroner's Office. I'm from another state, and will return once Certificate is ready.

Just went in to get some bloodwork done and I must say the people working there from the lady at the front desk, to the nurse drawing my blood, to the lady taking the money were in my opinion some of the best in the business. They were fast, very helpful especially because I forgot to bring my paperwork and the lady checking me in helped me rectify my screw up, all very nice and seemed to care. Never had been to a health dept. before and was expecting to be treated like cattle. WELL DONE!

My husband and I have been trying to call the COVID vaccine number for over a week. All we get is a busy signal. The phone number that was given to call for an appointment is NEVER answered . It has been put on permanent busy. I am assuming this is to eliminate the staff from having to answer the phone to answer questions. Also, the web site regarding the vaccine has not been updated all week. It still shows availability for Feb 3 and this is several days later. We will seek a better organized facility to receive our vaccine when it becomes available.

Took a week to get a copy of my Heath records. Multiple phone calls and a visit to sign yet another release form just to get a piece of my information. Absolutely ridiculous, staff is rude and it’s like pulling teeth to get any help.

I had the most amazing experience last week and today when I visited my county health department for my vaccines. Ashley Bentley, RN took time to explain everything to me in detail she is so knowledgeable, kind, and she was an amazing professional and individual. Misti was also fantastic she was so patient. We are lucky to have ladies like Ashley and Misti to help us navigate this scary time. Our community is very blessed to have a fantastic health department in our backyard. Thank you ladies! Went there to get an estimated due date for my insurance and the lady at the desk pretty much told me to Google my due date and report it to my insurance. I absolutely hate that place

The front desk women are rude, and the services are so slow. I had one person before me in line and it took forever. Do not go if you have other things to take care of.

The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and very sarcastic. Horrible experienced!

They have online they closed at 5pm and when I got there they tell me they close at 4:30 and ladies at front desk are rude as hell!! I’m reporting them
