I hate giving bad reviews but my experience at this Westminster location warrants this. I was there in May 2021. Terrible attitude of person attending to me. It was my first time at this location since the lab on Magna Way closed excellent care and service there. I’m elderly with very tiny, rolling veins. She was very rough and unfriendly. I had a bruise the size of a golf ball on my arm for 2 weeks. That is unacceptable! Never happened at other Labcorp labs. They need better training! And better attitudes! And some professionalism! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but 0 stars was not an option given. Someone needs to step up and pay attention to the consistent bad reviews and make necessary changes in their organization.
Very poor supervision long waits, students drawing or I should say trying to draw blood after 4 tries no blood BAD attitude from manager should get additional training or get a different job..This is without a doubt the worst med. lab I have ever experienced in 60 years .Definitely needs to be closed. before they injure someone.Can not give 0 stars wish I could
I arrived to an empty waiting room with at least 4 people maybe 5! in the back office sitting around talking. I signed in - and until the second person entered the waiting room and signed in - 10 minutes later, I was then called back. Very slow - had a "trainee" take my blood - she was pretty good! ... sign in process took a long time at the blood draw station - which is not very sanitary - and there was no privacy - 4 cubicles lined-up side by side with a short wall between them -- any personal questions I was asked everyone knew the answer to. I go there because it is close to my home - but I'm having second thoughts at this point!
This business is in dire need of strong management oversight. Very slow service and lots of confusion the day I was there. It wasn't busy at all and there were what appeared to be 'trainees' drawing blood. I had to have a blood test redone due to an error they made when submitting to LabCor. I do not recommend going there based upon this experience. If I could give a no-star rating, I would.
