Matt the service manager was so incredible helpful, I truly could not thank him enough! I brought my used Trek bike in to see what was going wrong with my brakes and he was so patient and helpful with me. I’m a very new rider and don’t know the parts very well so he took his time explaining and showing me how to properly attach and disconnect my front tire. The staff there was all so kind, welcoming, and great vibes! I will forever be thankful for Matt’s help. Would recommend coming to this location for all your bike needs and wants!
I HAD TO COME HERE AND GIVE THE BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO ERIC @ Trek Carollwood! I’ve been to many other bike shops and none compare to the quality and service I experienced at this specific Trek! Don’t waste your time at another bike shop/store. This is the one! This is no my official go to and I live in South Tampa/St. Pete but I’m willing to make the trek to this Trek!
I just bought a new Trek from this store…and cannot say enough great things about the service and friendliness of the staff! Both Erik & Andre are fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure that both my wife and my needs were taken care of. To put the Cherry on top of the cake, they have the most loving welcome team, featuring Elizabeth! I not only felt comfortable, I believe these folks are friends and have my full trust & respect! Thanks for making this purchase seamless! If anyone is looking to purchase a new bike or needing service on their current bike, you won’t be sorry for visiting them!
Such a cool place to visit for any and all of your bicycle needs. They offer services, kind smiles and all the help that you may need. They serviced my bike and I was ready for my ride. I worked with Travis who helped me pick my shoes and Helmut and fitted my seat perfectly. Matt who serviced my bike was very detailed and explained everything I needed to do to keep my bike in great shape. David was super funny and made the visit super fun. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks guys for all of your help!
We LOVE this local bike shop we have gone to for 20 years! We LOVE that it switched over to Trek ownership, but the regular employees stayed on board! It's a GREAT shop with a huge variety of bikes! accessories! helmets! clothing! shoes! They stock many items in variety of size, color, etc. The knowledge and expertise in this shop is by far the best we have ever seen! They are very professional and eager to assist you in any way possible, without being pushy! They are so helpful! Matt is an AWESOME mechanic who knows his stuff! Their mission is seen time and time again, for you to ride comfortable yet safely, while enjoying your own personal ride. They help you achieve this! :-
The service Dept. is by far one of the best in town. Mathew and Erik to name the ones taking the lead on my repair were relentless and committed to my repair. I won’t get into any of the details here but I will say they didn’t give up. Others would of damaged my bike trying to repair it, or simply just given up. Not these guys! Your in good hands here. I will update soon with photo of this crew’s job well done.
Awesome customer service. Came in for a new bike for my daughter and Andre helped us out. He was Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped my daughter find the perfect bike. I would highly recommend this shop and a Trek bike again. We will be going back to this location for our next bicycle purchase. 10 out of 10
I bought a Trek large bike, for a birthday present for my employee, Stephane'. Not only was an awesome bike and Andre helped pick out based on the 6 foot three hundred pound athlete; they threw a birthday party. I have a new Trek family now and will bring all my bikes for service and will soon be looking for another bike for my fleet. Very happy customer.
50/10 rating. The guy that helped me actually worked with me on everything i needed, been waiting for my paycheck till today and he saved my order. I love the experience i had and I'm very satisfied with the experience. I'll definitely be coming to this location for anything bike related
I brought my cassette and chain to the store seeking advice on whether they needed to be replaced and the techs suggested I replace the chain but the cassette was still good. I feel they gave me an honest answer, and decided to buy the cassette anyway and save it for later. My experience is not isolated, this store has always given me honest advise and that is why I return.
