I DO NOT RECOMMEND BURYING YOUR LOVE ONE HERE!!! My mother in law was handled terribly , the funeral director who handled our mother handled her funeral terribly!!! Why are you going to verbally tell my husband that her body will be ready for the funeral then let us know an hour prior to her funeral!!! Also you did not honor my father in law wishes to have her ashes scattered on her mothers grave!!! You guys had no problem taking our money when it came to pay for it though!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau, the attorney general and my lawyer about this.. The north carolina news all of them will be contacted too!!!!

I recently lost my spouse of 30 years. My experience with Carons funeral home was one that will always be in my heart. The staff was very knowledgeable very congenial and the empathy was unbelievable. There was no question that could not be answered and they made my husbands transition go very smoothly. I looked for a card to send to Carla, however, there was none that could ever express my deep appreciation for all that she did and her staff as well to get me through this very sad experience. Thank you again

They were friendly, but very unprofessional. Our family was given a 4 PM apt to discuss funeral arrangements, we sat in a room until 4:45 pm waiting to speak with the owner. The employee we did speak with did not know how to complete paperwork and kept leaving the room for assistance. We were told by the owner that they would provide a singer and organist for the service which they did not. Luckily a friend sang for us. If not for her the funeral would have been completely silent. We provided them with pictures for a slide show which also was not done

My best friend past away March 31, since then it has been one thing after another with this funeral home. They didn't make the obituary like they were supposed to, then they didn't post her arrangements until after the memorial service had been given. In short they are unorganized and very unprofessional. If you have a loved one who passes away save yourself from unnecessary stress of dealing with people who just don't have the capacity to care!!!

Excellent service!!!! The death of a loved one is always a difficult time. From my fathers death to his burial the team at Carrons was professional, caring, friendly, and understanding. Any questions and concerns were always answered. It was their caring and professional attitude that made this difficult time easier.

My grandmother passed away about three months ago, I didn’t get her remains for another months because they were backed up. I finally picked her up and I didn’t get a death certificate, the owner told me she would get back to me that day or the next day after she closed out the file for my grandmother. It has been two months! I can not get in touch with the owner and anyone else working there tells me that I need to speak to the owner. Every time I call she’s busy or out of the building and the last time I called I was told that people are dying every day and she’s so busy that she can’t get to my grandmothers things. Email after email, phone call after phone call and countless messages left, nothing has helped. I think they were very nice in the beginning but as soon as I picked up my grandmothers remains, they became very unprofessional and very hard to work with. Honestly there is no “work” being done anymore since I picked up my grandmother.

This Funeral Home Is All About Money & Will Fake Like They Care Then Let You Make Arrangements Then The Day Before The Service Ask For The Money Upfront Not Waiting For The Insurance To Kick In. Then You Can Request For The Death Certificate For Yourself But They Will Give It To Another Family Member After You Waited For That One. They Made The Drama With My Family Worst Then It Is. Their All About Money So I Wouldn’t Recommend Carrons. I Feel Disrespected & Played After Just Burying My Father

Family owned business that's been passed down through the generations. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our family has used this funeral home over the years for various family members. They do offer pre planning funeral arrangements. They have a website which shows the obituaries of those at the funeral home, location, and services offered. This is a plus because businesses need to be online and on social media.

They were very professional. They added beautiful personal touches and the team was empathetic. We are very grateful for the way they handled our funeral arrangements and services. I would whole heartedly recommend them again and again.
