Who I Am:
I am a lifelong Southern Californian. I am currently an active member of the State Bar of California. I also maintain a membership with the Federal District Court (Central District of California) and the State Bar of Illinois.
I attended DePaul University's Legal Masters program in Chicago, and graduated with a LLM in Intellectual Property in 2009. I then went on to graduate from Regent University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2008.
I offer a variety of legal services, including bankruptcy, estate planning, and family law, all at rates that will accommodate any budget.
Who I Help:
I help people through these tough economic times. My primary goal is to help keep people in their homes while keeping them out of debt. I do this through the use of the U.S. bankruptcy code.
How I Help:
In some cases, I can save your home from the foreclosure process. However, even if the home cannot be saved, I can allow you to live in the home for a period of time without the threat of harassment or eviction. This will allow you to conserve your resources and plan your next move.
I will give you a free initial consultation, then quote you one low flat rate. I can put you on a payment plan that works with your budget. My rates include filing fees, the two required credit counseling courses, and tax transcripts if you do not have your taxes. Some debtors may request filing the optional motions listed on the Reorganization link, and those are an additional fee.
