We were very pleased with the services provided by Carson-Speaks Chapel. Katie was our director and did a fantastic job walking us through the process for my husbands grandmother. Katie made us feel included and heard during every aspect of the planning. We are very happy with the photo DVD, service pamphlets and obituary that was drafted and emailed for our approval before printing begun. You can feel that she is very passionate about her job and helping grieving families find peace during such a terrible time. Thank you Katie for making this difficult time for our family just a little bit less stressful!
Dealing with the details after the death of a loved one is a stressful and emotional time. I would like to thank Carson-Speaks for the good work in preparing my father. The director assigned to my family made some very simple mistakes that shouldn't have been made. Any mistake is magnified a 1000 times over for the grieving family. I hope that she is new to the business and learns from this if not Mr. Speaks should ask her to look for other work. I will look over the part when they give us options for a service, like the family has a choice it's the legacy package first then on to the other packages. Oh there are none It's just an itemized list so if you don't want the Sears photo center back drop you can pay an extra 300.00. Ok to the mistakes 1st She to use to the show room and wanted give us the sales pitch while another grieving family is in there trying to make one of the hardest purchases of their lives. 2nd We sent an email how the service was to progress. When that was done wrong we spoke with her as she was seating the family. We hoped that would get us back on track but she forgot to tell the speakers at the service so it was a very clustered service that went extremely wrong. 3rd the air condition in the building just happen to go out the morning of the service on June 9th 2021 90 plus degrees during the service. 4th both restrooms had plumbing issues the toilets would not flush men's or women's. 5th the obituary was written by a distressed family member when she received this it went straight to print no proof reading there could have been a call made to ask about corrections, mistakes went to print. And to finish out the day the family car wasn't running or cooled down when they loaded us. My sister and I had to climb in the front seat to get things going. The funeral home also charged us the cemetery charge which made a big confusion when we went to meet with them. All this for the low price of 14k. Check with the cemetery before you by the vault you will save around 400.00.

They knew what we would need before we did. The experience was amazing. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness down to the vey last detail.
My father’s passing took me by surprise even though he had been quite ill. I don’t live in the same state where my father passed away, and Speaks was so very helpful with details I was not prepared to address. My father passed away in a different state than where he was buried, and Speaks handled all of the legal details and communication with getting the death certificate, and countless other things. They were professional, sympathetic and courteous even though my family was not united and complicated matters at every turn. I so appreciate their assistance, even in the they were not really obligated to do, such as providing picture of the gravesite since I was not able to attend.
Poor communication on the Pre-Need's Funeral Plan ! Went to pay off the balance and explained that I was not happy the way things were handled to one of the owners and was just handed off to the salesperson. Said the same to him and neither one cared to even as me why. The catch on the Pre-Need is if you or your loved one dies before the plan is paid for even if you sign a contract you owe the balance immediately. This was not explained at the time of signing the contract or when I went to make the arrangements for Pam ! Not happy at all, I always thought they were a very reputable company ! Now I know that it's all about the money, they care about you when you come in and do business after that they drop the ball. I don't expect much, just a little honesty when your at the weakest moment in your life.
They did everything we requested for my grandpa’s services with the utmost care and professionalism. We are so happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them. They will take care of your loved ones!
My Mom pass in Jan. 2020. Everyone at Caraon Speaks made sure we were well taken care of. The service, flowers, everything was done wonderfully.
Seem like nice people, but the rates they charge are crazy. I don’t know how anyone could or would want to pay the kind of money they want for simple cremation or a burial without services.
They were great about talking with our family, and making sure we knew how to proceed with important paperwork. They took great care of our loved one.
