Carson's

I went there with my mother and I don't know why I even bother to go there. Every time I shop there I get a cold shoulder from the workers and when I'm trying to buy something, I am ignored. I had a few things I wanted to buy and the store was just about empty. It felt like the works didn't want to cash me out. After asking a handful of women if they could help me and being refused more than a few times. We left our cart there and just left. I've herd the workers complain about the store being empty but when I want help they refuse. This happens almost every time I go. Carson's is an over priced and rude store.

Loved it when it was Parisienne and still love it. For the most part it is very clean and easy to shop. One complaint I have is the dressing rooms; they are in desperate need of cleaning. The carpet was very dirty full of strings of all colors and matted and the bench seat they have hasn't been moved to vacuum around in who knows how long. Trying to find a phone number and name to contact the store manager regarding this. It is a real turn off to be standing in bare feet seeing such dirt. Prefer this store over Macy's at Lakeside 10X!

Most RUDE staff I have ever seen in my life. Went there the very next day after my purchase to change the size of a shirt. The associate was super rude and asked me if the shirt was worn!!! Then gave my a lecture while yelling about Carson's not being a used-clothes store, and I could have worn the shirt and returned it the next day. I Talked to a supervisor , she didn't do anything other than apologizing and she went away without even talking to the associate.

I am actually a regular costumer, and Carson's is one of my favorite stores that I enjoy shopping at. Most of the times that I have shopped at this store, the associates were very friendly and nice, but this time, this associate disrespected my mother, she was trying to ask her if she can also use another coupon of hers on top of the one she provided, the associate looked at me and said "She DOES NOT UNDERSTAND, DOES SHE?" It is very rude of her to judge my mother's understanding based on her looks or accent. I felt as if I was unwelcomed or unappreciated. I really love shopping at Carson’s but if I keep on running into DISRESPECTFUL and RASICT associates such as this one, I will no longer shop there or recommend it to family and friends. I believe that your costumer service need to be more improved and you should hire more friendly associates. Thank You!

Deserve go out of business. Staff are the most RUDE and disrespectful I ever seen, refuse assistance, treat customers at the check out like trash, don't even answer your questions. They really might hate their jobs, finally these individuals will get the chance of changing careers with the closure.

I mistakenly left a bag unattended a kind good hearted customer found my bag, and turned it In to customer service. There are still honest caring people in the world.

Love this place and their shoes. The staff is friendly. Wish they carried bedding, housewares etc at Partridge Creek store.

Still have a lot of items. You will spend more than intended due to such good prices. Don't sweat the small stuff....

No way in hell would I shop here were it not for going out of business. $80 for a cotton polo?! Screw that

Carson's is COOL. Very friendly staff, I caught a great sale. $60 sweater on sale for $15. !!
