Worst collision experience ever. My brand new vehicle would’ve been totaled and replaced had they not cut corners on the estimates. Had to have 2 repairs totaling over $50,000 to get close to what it was. Several month off in and out, doors leaked, bumper fell off while driving, and they denied any responsibility until the insurance company paid a visit in-person. The first time I called the receptionist hung up on me because the phone was breaking up. When I called back a man answered the phone and was still not very friendly. When I called back today the same snippy woman answered the phone. Why would I proceed past the phone call to get some work done if my initial experience with your company is already sour? If you are going to be answering phones a pleasant demeanor should be a pre-requisite.

Did an awesome job fixing my front bumper and grill. Also colour matched perfectly. On top of that, they cleaned the car very nicely. And I got the new car smell again.  They fixed the whole thing in just 1 day. I was shocked but also very happy.  Will definitely come again for every future needs.

I unfortunately have had to use Car Star services twice now. On both occasions they have been quick and have communicated the whole process with me. They answered all of my questions and had excellent customer service. Highly recommend them if you need it.Services:&nbsp;Air &amp; cabin filter replacement

Very poor customer service. Truck went in after i hit a deer. Was in the shop for over 3 weeks. I never received any updates or info as to when the truck would be done. When I would call and ask, they were not able to give me a straight answer. When it was finished , I noticed a piece on the inside was not replaced as discussed. Turns out they "forgot" about it. On a positive note, they did extend my rental for me while they waited for the parts to come in.

Excellent service, and personalized staff!! Will always take my vehicles there!!

I just had one of the worst phone conversations when I called to enquire about the cost estimate for my car repairs. She was very rude and doesn't listen at all. Certainly not doing any business with them.
