Everyone there was super helpful given my situation. Time was on my side for sure. I was very lucky that my parts came in and were correct so that way they could fix my car in a timely manner. They kept me posted on the process which was awesome. Picking up my car was a very easy process as well. I was told I could leave my rental there and they would call enterprise themselves. They took care of everything. Stephanie, Kevin, Travis and anyone else who worked on my car, I can’t thank you enough!

I was rear ended and my insurance just set me up here so didn’t know what to expect but they did a great job replacing my bumper and busted sensors, they detailed the car a bit too so it looked so nice and clean when I got it back. Car was ready when they said it would be and I got periodic texts to let me know how they were doing. I don’t hope to get hit again but if I do, I’ll be coming back here!

Best people on the earth!! I am so grateful to Kevin and Ann-Marie for their hard work and hospitality! They always put the customer first and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. My bumper was hanging off when I drove there, but the car was drivable, Ann-Marie made sure to put the bumper back temporarily so that I can drive safely and go to work until the new parts for repairs are delivered to the shop. Kevin even walked me to the car after repairs were done and made sure I liked everything. My car looks brand new, is clean and beautiful! I cannot stress enough how kind and generous they are, they deserve thousands stars!

Reasonable wait time and kept me updated. Returned the car before expected date; as well, I do not anticipate any problems with getting rental and filling out paperwork there. Very clean and professional!  I was given heads up that they will contact me with finishing touches!!!

I needed some body repairs: they did excellent work.  They also returned my car , very clean inside and out!  I really appreciated their work on the car!!!!Services:&nbsp;Painting

We needed repair of our car after a fender bender. The repairs went smoothly and everyone was professional and nice, but the shop could improve their communication and reminder system. I wasn't called after the parts were ready and then when the repair extended they didn't call to let me know.

First of all, Stephanie and Sean Shawn? were great. Very friendly and accommodating throughout my experience. Additionally, some parts needed for repair were on backorder with Honda and it was uncertain how long it could take to get them, but the staff scrambled to source the parts and had my car done two weeks ahead of their estimate. Hopefully, I never need their services again but if I get in another accident I will definitely come back to CARSTAR.
