I feel very lucky to have had Marty, Mike and the whole Carter's team help in our family's time of need. They helped with prearrangements which we were relieved to have done and laid out ahead of time the important steps we would need to take, which took a lot of the uncertainty and guess work out of the situation. They were super responsive via email, which helped us keep on top of small details without having to bother them via phone. They coordinated with the church for the interment, and brought the flowers over from the Funeral Home for us. Lastly, they were considerate of social distancing guidelines during prearrangements and the Memorial Visitation. While no one wants to think about managing these types of life events, Carter's made it as streamlined as possible, with a great deal of respect, compassion and consideration for us.
Edward F. Carter and Dignity Memorial were extremely accomodating and helpful throughout the entire process of making arrangements. When the day came, everything went smoothly, and the staff were always available for questions or to help with anything. The scenery has a gorgeous backdrop of the Hudson River and large back yard where we had speeches and musical performances in honor of my father. Highly recommended.
Warren helped me w every aspect of my mother's death, and he did so with grace, kindness, and professionalism. I was grateful for his guidance
When it comes time to have to make funeral arrangements it is very difficult to think clearly as you are grieving. The Directors were kind, compassionate, patient, and very professional. The arrangements that I requested were a little outside the box and were done within a very small timeframe, and yet they were able to get everything in place exactly as planned. I would highly recommend their services.
My dad had pre arranged everything for us. The staff was terrific helping in this awful time. I am so grateful to them for making this go smoothly.
