They really did a beautiful job with my husband's headstone. They told me it would be about 90 days and it was. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable.
4 months, not made yet... it takes a day to engraving and they even call back, I had to go to the graveyard to realize it's not there and where's the professionalism?? They didn't offer a discount and not even that's is not about money we're talking about my mother in law, if they're short handed is their problem. Just unprofessional, hope I get a call back this time

couldnt be more content with the service all the way around . From the showing of the stones to the ordering and payment process to the installation , Carter Memorials was the way to go . I visited places all around town ,San antonio included and I'm glad i chose carters . They are definetly up-to-date with their ordering / payment process not to mention the fact that the are locally owned and sourced . Not to mention how compassionate and patience they were with my family . Thanks carter for the great service my grandmother would be proud .
They fixed my mother in laws vase and glued it back to the head stone. They have good prices and a nice selection of choices.
When my son n law passed away the owner worked with us above and beyond of what he should have. Very kind hearted person the times we went over 2 make payments or just 2 c the progress on headstone. I would recommend this place
