Carter's Furniture

We are shopping for a new couch. A helpful associate showed us several options, one of which was great. Her explanations of the different pieces allowed us to make an informed decision. We had one particular question that required she call the company representative and we got our answer. We decided on custom fabric so it may take 3-4 months for delivery. Would recommend shopping for furniture at Carter's. We've bought several things from them over the years and have been pleased.

Deb was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable on all of the brands, materials and styles. I very much appreciated her not being pushy at all and helping us with our new home. We will definitely be back for more!

I went to Carter's & put a down payment on a mattress. I was told when it arrived @ store I would start making payments on lay-away. I called approx 2 week's ago. It's not in yet. We will contact you. Well I bought one from HSN . Will be here on the 18th. 4 p.ment & it's paid off. So. One @carter has been disallowed. The called after I sent letter said mattress had came in @ June they did not let me know it was in. Will never do business with them again..

Customer service is wonderful! Took my mother in law to get a lift chair and our salesman David was very patient and kind. We received no good customer service at the medical supply store we visited before we came there. I would highly recommend Carter’s anytime!

We purchased about $4,500 worth of furniture from Carters at Thanksgiving 2019. It had to be ordered and didn't deliver till after the new year. The order had 3 Best Chair pieces on it. We went with Best Chair brand because of previous experience including working as a vendor in their plants with them as a higher end / quality / American made manufacturer. We were told the 3 units were genuine American leather. Fast Forward to August of this year and one of the recliners developed a dis-coloration spot on the head rest. When we noticed it we reached out to Carters for assistance. After waiting for a response for a week we were finally asked to provide pictures and told "it would be taken care of". It took another week for a reply to say it was normal wear. Sorry but good leather doesn't dis-color. Carter said they could order a new back for the chair but wasn't clear if it would be warranty . We did not hear anything for 2 weeks until we reached back out and was told they wanted $200 to replace the back and would offer no guarantee that the next back would not dis-color again. This was not our first purchase from Carters, we have purchased there several times over the last 25 years and always had a good experience. Their and Best Chairs refusal to stand behind their product will make sure this purchase will be our last from either company. If we wanted inferior quality we could have spend much less at one of the chain stores. Lesson learned; because a company used to a local owned stand up operation that can change with time and sometimes they are just surviving on previous laurels.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't purchase anything but left feeling like a satisfied customer. When we are ready to buy we will go back to Carter's.

Tyler was very helpful. They have quality furniture reasonably priced and quite a few things in stock. They were able to deliver in a reasonable time frame and took the old couch!

Extremely helpful and have a beautiful selection of quality furniture! Every employee we have encountered here was extremely accommodating to both my husband and I. Though much of the furniture is of high quality which you usually pay a premium for much of the time they have great clearance prices on many of their pieces, and sometimes even furniture sets! I highly recommend Carter's we've literally bought furniture there going on three times now, and are always satisfied with what they deliver!. We've done both a clearanced dining room set, a custom kitchen table, and now dresser for a nursery. We have loved all of our purchases!
