Wanna just stop here to put a review for Vivian! She went above and beyond to help us find our order and explained about all the promotions, so patient an bubbly . In the other hand the other rep Maria went she came in , that lady needs better customer service, i don’t know if she was having a bad day or whatever it was but she needs better training. We avoided talking to her for the same reason but would rudely interrupt when Vivian tried to respond. We wanted to shop more after we paid but her attitude just killed it for us. That’s why people rather by online than go into the store to deal with representatives like that. Anywho please get more reps like Vivian. You rock, keep it going I

Carissa helped us today and informed us of all the ways we could save, great customer sercixe. I scored some really good deals on baby clothes!! The store is very clean and organized. The only draw back is the parking, it's really busy and people are grumpy cause they can't find parking, otherwise a good experience.

Horrible staff. When I asked "excuse me where are you fleece blankets?" The female employee responded with "what is that?" The cashier who charged me couldn't even spell an address correctly! They Gould definitely hire a more experienced retail staff!
