LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I came here the other day to exchange some jeans that I'd bought my son online that were too big. The young lady that assisted me was super nice and very helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with my exchange. The store itself was clean. I came not too long after they'd opened so it wasn't busy or anything. Which was perfect because I was on a schedule. This location is located in The Palms at Town & Country plaza which has a lot of eateries and other store location. Overall it was a good experience and if I am ever in the area, I'd certainly come back again.

I would give this store 0 starts if it was possible, horrible customer service, everything on clearance had stickers with mark downs prices and they didn’t want to honor those prices that they had put on the racks. Manager of the store was fighting with a coworker right in front of customers. Never coming back here.

Nice people working there. They need to have a better way for customers who want to apply for a credit card and those who just want to pay and or pick up online items.

Love carters. They always have great sales and their clothes are high quality. Lots of cute boy clothes which are hard to come by sometimes and the staff is always very friendly.

I got there at 6:53 pm and they were closed already. Please change your schedule to 6:30 pm. Do not advertise something that won’t be delivered like open until 7 pm.

I love this store!! They have a great variety of clothes for kids and they ALWAYS have a great sale and really good prices for real good quality merchandise.

Clean and neat and the associates are very helpful...I love carters but I found better deals in other stores with the same brand

Good for basics and seasonal items. Not a large variety otherwise
