This store is been in the neighborhood for years, I appreciate the effort of the company for not leaving Anaheim. Always good prices and very kind personal .
Staff very friendly and helpful. Always shop a sale. If they don't have the size u need in store or the outfit you desire you can order in store for delivery
THEY HAVE A LOT OF NICE CLOTHING AND FAIR PRICES
Their prices are affordable. Great sale items. I actally went in to ask if they had any. Baby hangers they could part with. For a project i was doing. She helped me tremendously. With no hesitation. The store was clean and ver organized and well displayed . great customer service from everyone.
Ive always trusted Carter's for my babygirl's clothes. Its at a good price and the quality is perfect! Make sure you sign up for the rewards. My daughter is registered and she received 30% off all her purchase for her birthday !! Woohoo!! They also had 2x points today!! I ALWAYS come out a winner but today i scored the jackpot!!
Applied for credit card that was approved but then would not allow clerk to use and apply discount. Saleslady was very helpful not her fault...then had to rung up twice and 2nd time was higher $
I was having difficulty getting through to the on-line ordering customer service line for two days. I called this Carter's store in Anaheim and Nathan was so nice and called for me to check on the status. I had paid for expedited shipping, since I had to ship the items to another address once I received them. Not only did Nathan get my expedited shipping fee waived, they also committed to have my order to me within the week. Just as I was giving up hope on Carter's customer service Nathan came through!! Thank you soooo much!
Found what I was looking for and of course more! You can find great deals on baby clothes when they have sales going on. The store is decently clean on stocked. They always have cute baby clothes.
