I love this company and store. I got a lot of clothes for my daughter from family that were from Carters and sizes she wouldn’t wear for a few years. They let me do an in-store exchange because I didn’t have a receipt for all the items that I brought in. I was able to get so many outfits that fit my daughter now it was absolutely insane… The prices are outstanding, the sales are amazing, and the staff is beyond friendly. These are just five of the 10 items I got and paid zero money out of pocket.

Staff is great with customer service both inside store and curbside. Store is very organized and well stocked at all times.

First time in and spent too much! Great sales! Last day was today for 60% off. We'll be back!

Turned lights and music off when we walked into the store 10 minutes before close. Zero customer service, even for a pick up order. Considered making a purchase and thought better of it.

I am a frequent Carter's customer & have been going to this specific location for quite some time now. I'm always greeted upon entering the store & the employees are always nice & welcoming. During tonight's visit, I was very impressed/satisfied with the service that I received from Ignacio I hope I spelled his name right. I mentioned using my coupon & he searched high & low to find me one that wasn't expired to add to my purchase it took him a few minutes. He could have easily given up & said that he couldn't find one like most people would have, but he continued to look until he found one. Now that's GREAT customer service! This location is clean, well stocked, the clothes are suuuuuuuper cute, AND the service is great. It doesn't get any better than that. I will continue to come to this location.

Very clean and open looking children store. Went during the 50% off sale. Was able to pick up a pair of good quality shoes cheaper then I would have if I bought from another major shoe store. Also had some cool/cute toys for toddlers.

Everyone's always so happy and helpful, and have the cutest clothes for your little ones. I buy most of my son's clothes from here, and presents for his cousins. It's always so hard to find really cute boy clothes anywhere but not at Carter's, they're always coming out with adorable boy items!

My grandson and I went in for a jacket , but came out with more! That's what happens when we go there everytime. This location is always neat, clean, and has great staff!

Really good prices on warm clothes from NB to size 14 kids. Will come back!!!
