No matter the season, Carter's/Oshkosh has the best selection of clothing for your growing family! I've always loved the quality and durability of their clothing and accessories! In addition to their stores, their online shopping site is wonderful! You also earn discounts for your next purchase even if it's on sale. They're always running a great sale, so I feel like I've got so much more for my money and I know the quality is good! The salespeople are always very pleasant and helpful and I've always had positive experiences with them! I recommend you give them a try!
Terrible customer service. They would not allow me to return an online order because their system showed it to have been purchased over 90 days ago. Even after showing the original email of purchase and delivery less than 30 days ago I was told the same thing because I did not have the packing slip that was not included with the order. It blows my mind that there is an inability to be able to comprehend that a computer system may be incorrect, even upon showing proof and timeline of purchase.Thankfully, I submitted an email to corporate about the situation and they very quickly sent me a paid shipping label to return the item for a full refund.
Great experience. They have a bathroom they let my three year old use in the store! It was like a miracle. Weird thing is for a store as big and busy as they are, they only have one dressing room. Really helpful staff highly recommend.
I like the clothing selections although I went there this time to purchase two gift cards.

Ordered online and did the curbside pick up option. Drove to the storewhich is 20 min away from where I live, 3 times and called multiple multiple times and got absolutely no answer on the phone. Mad doesn’t even describe how I feel!! If you’re going to offer curbside pick up then answer the dang phone!!!
I love Carter's clothes for my daughter. They are affordable and durable. They always have sales going so you almost never have to pay full price. Very friendly staff.
Store clerk, Shakendra was very unfriendly. Acted like I had disturbed her by having to ring up my items. Not one time did she ask if I found what I was looking for or even a thank you at the end of my transaction. Not very good customer service I would say. Not likely to shop there again anytime soon.
Great place to find affordable clothing for the little babies up to the older children.
