I have bought my husband a couple of pairs of boots here, swore I wouldn’t be back, because both times the customer service was rude.. but unfortunately the company I work for gives us boot vouchers for this place, so I figured I would try one more time, I will pay out of my own pocket from now on and go someplace else, there was a girl in there wanting a pair of boots, ended up she couldn’t afford them, after the girl walked out the employees talked rude about her because she didn’t have the money.. just plain rude employees…

Love the environment here ! Suggested a few stores where I could find what I was looking for. The staff members were 5 star excellent customer service!

I promised myself I wouldn't go back but i did .....because they're the only redwing dealer in town. I guess no one there can fit a boot to a foot. This is for sure the last time.... Terrible place to shop unless your a barrel racer.

The worst service imaginable do not by boots from this place I bought a pair of boots that didn’t last 3 months returned them was told I could get credit but the girl behind the counter was a snob with a stick stuck up her a$$ she was rude to every customer in the building I left the boots on the counter and told them to keep the refund and I would advise any one in Mississippi county to go to burges shoe center in Blytheville pitiful service

I have bought my son a pair of boots here and have had to bring them back twice for exchange due to the soles coming apart and both times they had him in a new pair in less than 10 min very professional team and will work with you if there's an issue with your boots

I was very reluctant to go in the store after reading so many bad reviews, It was proven to me the lady is really a mean unkind lady . The customer before me was treated worse than any human should be treated. I disregarded my selections and left, will never shop there again, and will discourage other cowboys from doing so either
