Material has gone way down hill in the last few years. The t-shirts I got are probably half the thickness that they used to be 4 years ago and they shrink probably twice as much. So I found that if I want a 3t have to buy a 4-5t. I'm sad about the quality of the clothing and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have found Target-walmart to have better clothing or at least better quality.

One of my favorite stores for kids!. Curb side was pretty easy. Easy to shop online and pickup. Some items take some days before you can pick them up. Overall Iike their products!

Decent selection of clothing for children from zero to five years old. There service was good. They were helpful when trying to find things and recommending other locations for things they did not carry. They had a good selection of clearance items that seemed like they were actually a decent price also.

Never have I left a bad review at carters but this location has Trash customer service they don’t greet you, they don’t help! When you ask for anything they’ll stop what they’re doing but will give an eye roll the cashier was extremely rude never shopping at this location again I thought I might have exaggerated but my friend felt the hostility as well I typically shop online or while I’m in Seattle ill pickup new designs. This location is 5mts away from me but I’ll continue what I’m doing..

Lots of nice clothes and good prices.

Decent clothing option. Staff and customer service could be more consistent. Some are pleasant and helpful, others are well on the other side of the spectrum.

Pretty clothes, but they need to have shopping cars so we can put our kids seat in it. Was hard walking with my car seat on hands
