The girls are always pleasant and helpful. Ths store is immaculate and very organized. Love the cute little clothes!

Always love shopping at carters! Not this store so much. Went in there for an exchange and the manager followed me through the whole store thinking I was stealing. Sending me nasty looks of disgust. Very put off-ish

I'm only giving three stars because of the experience I had last week when I went in and was "greeted" by one of the staff members. Usually they're all lovely. I haven't seen this woman before, and to be honest she was a little rude and off putting. Not really someone that should work in a baby/children's clothing store. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that's something you shouldn't take out on customers. ‍

Bought a coat for my daughter and used my $30 in rewards. I decided to return it because we found something else she liked. I was not refunded my $30 in rewards and was told that I wouldn’t be. This is ridiculous! I earned those rewards and returned the product! I’ll be doing business elsewhere!

My favorite store for all my kids clothing! This store is always clean and the staff is generally nice and respectful. Five stars Thanks Carter’s

There are always good sales going on there. A little cluttered with how much stuff there is. The bathroom door doesn't always latch, which can lead to some embarrassing peek-a-boo moments!

Love their clothes and I found that I pay less here than Walmart. target ect. Everyone says they are so expensive but they really aren't, their prices rock!,

Love Carter's. Did not use curbside pickup because I like to look at what they have in store.
