Great selection, good price when they have sales or clearance.

Such cute clothing and reasonable prices. Love that they go up to a boys size 14! Staff is always friendly and helpful, too.

The people there are always so helpful and nice. I love Carter's because they have reasonable pricing, good sales, and a large selection of all cotton clothes! It's hard to find clothes that aren't riddled with synthetic fibers these days.

Carter's has a lot of options. Because so many other stores i.e. Kohl's sells the brand, I can find the clothing cheaper than at the Carter's store. I like to order the clearance clothes online because kids grow so quickly anyway. I had my order ship to the store and I am surprised by how long shipping takes. Expect 10-14 days at least.

I use this location for store pick up always, not just cause it's close but because their always so nice. I always get greeted with a hello, and left with a have a good day. The location however I feel is pretty terrible, and unless you know your going there you cant see it from the street. I'll keep continuing to use them as my pick up as long as their open for it. Good assortment of clothing, but you get a sticker shock because all clothing labeled with a very high price. Price does come down with all their discounts and you can check online for additional discounts. Staff was very friendly

Terrible management. Spent tons of money here for my newborn and also from family for the baby shower. Was sold an outfit with a hole in it and have been back several times to exchange it out and didn't have the correct size. Was never told I needed the receipt since I was upfront it was from my baby shower. Now they are refusing to exchange the item. It is still a "new" "current outfit" they are charging $40 for. I will never do business with this company again. Half tempted to return every item purchased from there purchased over the last 9 months for my new baby and repurchase from a different company all together

This is one of the most helpful friendly sales staffs you will ever run into. I shop here frequently for things for my grandson and they are always helpful and show you the sales and clearence racks as well.

Update: shopped here agin only because shoes were BOGO and I had a gift card. No one greeted us. The whole time I spent trying shoes in my children over 25 minutes still no one greeted us or offered to help. Lots of general retailers sell Carter's clothes, I don't plan on wasting my time/money on smaller establishments that don't seem to appreciate it. Not to mention, these clothing options are cheaper other places. March 2017: I like some carter's clothing, however this store really made me made tonight when my young daughter and I tried to go in at 7:58 and the doors were locked. First of all, this Google app says 9pm on Saturdays, but just in case, I checked the carter's website and jay also says 9pm. Very misleading. Not to mention the two employees inside looked at us --- if you see someone outside two minutes BEFORE your unadvertised closing time, they should be allowed in. I'll be shopping more online than at this store from now on.

The stuff here is completely amazing, Susie was amazing she remembered us from our last trip in and was an amazing help. My daughter has an amazing personal shopper.
