Overall we have positive experiences with staff and the staff are wonderful. The issue is this store runs heavy fragrances all the time. It is nauseating and anything you buy here will be heavily fragranced, which seems insensitive to do to baby clothes, people tend to be more careful with chemicals on their children’s clothes. I try to plan ahead and order things to ship to home instead of buying in store. The fragrances are so heavy it is headache inducing, even if you’re only in for a few minutes. Otherwise, the store is well organized, orderly and clean.

Nice store. Clean and organized. Super Friendly staff. Had a few doorbusters that were a good deal, and the clearance rack was a good deal. Other regular priced items not so much.

This location is Clean and spacious. The employees are friendly helpful, professional. She tried her best to give me discount. They had great deals. They have a little table and toys for kids and that was ver helpful for my kids to let them busy during my shopping. I will be back soon. I love to go to this location. I had great experience. Great prices on newborn, baby, and children's clothes. Good quality, comfortable material, that survives washing everyday or more and still looks new. Always clearance items as long as your willing to buy for next year's seasons ahead of time. Sign up and get coupons and get points for for more coupons when you make none clearance purchases.

Store was very neat and tidy. We were asked if we needed help immediately but when we stated that we were looking they left us to do that but when we needed help, we're ready to do so. Was very helpful at the counter when checking out. During the week is the best time to visit when it's slower and not as crowed as weekends and holidays.

Love the store, but really disappointed this trip. Public bathroom is 400 feet away. We've gone to this store and staff have always been nice enough to allow the family to use the bathroom in the store. Kids have tiny bladders. I'm holding $200 worth of merchandise to purchase and my wife is still Christmas shopping when someone has to go. I guess the nice staff left and the rules people are in. They send her down the street with a bathroom ten feet away. I'm stuck holding the junk until she returns. No personal customer service tonight.

Pitiful. My wife and I walked them right out. Store smelled like someone has been smoking weekend in it.

I love Carter's my grandson is two and wears lots of their clothing or Oshkosh bibs. Nice and sturdy for two year old active boy. I got to use credit points today, Bonus!

All the merchants. at the Selma outlet stores. we had visited give us a military discount except for carters. Speaks volumes as to who supports our heros. Sorry carter's you lost a customer
