I love Carter’s Jewel Chest, the Carter Family and each of their sales family! Each and every one go out of their way to make you feel like you are valued as a customer. They have such a variety of selection not only in jewelry but also in other gifts as well. They are my first stop in shopping when I am looking for something special to give as a gift or to treat myself!
They always have the best service and such nice people!! My husband got my engagement & wedding band set off an online jeweler. There has been some complications with my ring where it's not the easiest to work with. But Carter's has always treated us so kindly and my ring always looks amazing when I pick it up. They have such good experience, I always enjoy making a trip there. My 4 year old son does too, since they have a play room for kids to stay occupied. They obviously invest in the whole family. Which makes my respect for this business even higher!
I can’t put into words how great the people there are. I’ve never walked through their doors without being greeted by someone within seconds. It doesn’t matter if your budget is $100 or several thousand dollars, you are treated like someone that matters and you’re given time and attention from someone who works there. My jewelry always looks amazing when I drop it off and pick it back up for any type of maintenance needed. They never give it back to me without every little diamond sparkling and the gold shining. I love this place……….Oh, and Shelly awesome!
I was very pleasantly surprised with all of the choices and massive inventory at Carter’s jewelry. I stopped at another jewelry store in Mountain Home to look for a peridot ring for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately I couldn’t find one. Carter’s however, had a nice selection and the perfect one for her but it was too large. I was leaving the next day for Alaska and wanted to take the ring with me. The staff at Carter’s was so accommodating they sized it for me that night and I picked it up the next morning. Happy ending is that my daughter loved the ring. Thank you Carter’s, I will be back.
I have used Carter’s Jewel Chest for many of my jewelry needs over the years. I’ve purchased some special jewelry for my daughter and daughters-in-law for Mother’s Day, jewelry for myself and they have sized some of my rings. Most recently, they have repaired a very special bracelet for my daughter and a necklace of mine. Their work is always excellent and their customer service is fabulous!
Always, always such a delightful experience! No pressures, wonderful suggestions and a warm welcome atmosphere! Have used this company for many many many years and I am always impressed with their service before and after your purchases. Definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a unique gift.

They are quick to answer any questions we may have and always go above and beyond to help out any way they can with any and all of our jewelry needs. My wife found a beautiful ring that she loved at Carter’s Jewel Chest! Though we live hours away, I was able to work with both Valory and Ricky to purchase the ring, have it sized perfectly, and get it shipped with insurance in time to surprise my wife with an unexpected belated birthday present! Carters is great! Wether it be jewelry repairs, wedding bands, or just simple gifts the staff has always been able to point me in the right direction.
