The Carthage Fire Department is committed to providing superior customer service to the citizens of Carthage and the Carthage Fire Protection District by constantly striving to achieve the highest standard of care and by effectively managing all available resources.
The Carthage Fire Department is a Career Department with 24 full-time employee's; including 19 Firefighters, one Training Officer, one Fire Marshal, one Civilian Secretary, one Deputy Chief, and the Fire Chief. Our department protects an estimated 25,000 citizens and approximately 160 square miles in Jasper County, Missouri.
