Cary Ann Rosko is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT #96606) who provides holistic, integrative treatment for anxiety and trauma.
Therapy is a time and place where we can slow down and take a closer look at the obstacles and difficulties we face in our lives. I strive to create an environment of safety, non-judgment and compassion in order to make room for uncomfortable or overwhelming emotions. I work holistically to help clients understand the sources of their suffering and integrate all aspects of their lives into a harmonious and balanced well-being. My approach is collaborative and emphasizes innate healing impulses and strengths, and I join with clients to figure out courses of action that will help them make important changes in their lives. As a result of this deep process, clients feel more able to value themselves, to manage painful feelings, to have successful relationships, and to create the life they want for themselves.
I’ve helped clients through struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, mood disorders, relationship conflict and abuse, and life transitions. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including somatically-oriented techniques, mindfulness, and EMDR. I’m experienced in working with the LGBTQ community and prize everyone’s unique experiences in the world, and I acknowledge that we are all profoundly shaped by how we interact with power in society.
I’m honored to support people on their journey towards wholeness, self-possession and empowerment, and I look forward to hearing from you.
