I have visited Casa Bonita twice now and both times the staff has been so helpful and professional. The administrator Richard is a delight! the facility smells nice they answer the phone when you call and are responsive. If you’re looking for a Skilled nursing facility for Physical Therapy this is the place
I was extremely pleased at first with such a kind staff and clean facility with a very attentive and caring administrator. Never considered after one year my dad would be begging to see sunlight outside, be yelled at by staff and executive staff and denied continuously for even the simplest thing of having 1 medical record be mailed to me. I was rudely refused and questioned if my integrity when I asked for one document. I was so embarrassed and left crying from their facility. I haven't seen my dad for 2 months now, no visiting or television offered yet.
The staff at Casa Bonita have quickly managed to recognize Alfred's personal needs to enable his being comfortable. The facility is very clean with an amazing venue of activities each month. A nicely decorated lobby, and well maintained courtyard and patio areas for comfortable and enjoyable family visits indoors and out. To satisfy any personal concerns regarding a loved ones future well-being, I recommend visiting the facility. We are pleased with our choice, Celine Kretz speaking for Alfred Dunzweiler.
Tour helped our family decide on our decision, staff was welcoming and informative, from administration, admitting dept, nursing and everyone I encountered. My uncle was placed in their sub acute unit and the care was everything we had hoped and then some. As a family our concerns were eased and I can not say in words the comfort the staff provided, especially Thess RN supervisor. I highly recommend Casa.
I want to thank Dr. Collins and her staff for saving my 92 year old moms life. Dr. Collins while on vacation was called in regards to my moms kidney failure, she ordered transportation to hospital and had an emergency Stint replacement. Thank you for your devotion and professionalism but most of all you care.,I will always be grateful to Dr. Collins and Casa Bonita staff. John Sierra
I personally knew someone who resided at Casa Bonita Healthcare Center and wow... What a beautiful place in the beautiful city of San Dimas. The staff are great and are very accommodating. This building looks new and truly feels like home for everyone living in it, even for those that depend on equipment and people to take care of them. Leadership truly goes down the line at this place, from Richard the Administrator, Albert the office guy, Mary the kitchen lady, and Puri the CNA. Really cool place. Thanks for taking care of my family friend.
Have a family member at Casa Bonita San Dimas, CA. This facility is well runned and all staff treat patients vwith Respect and Dignity. Staff is always there to help with a smile. Meds are giving on time unlike our experience at another facility where my family member was almost killed by their incomptencyi. Meds were never given on time, no respect from the management towards the patients. Administrator and Director of Nursing threatened patients and called the police quite often to have patients arrested... The place is infested with cokaroches and more... Where is the Dept. of Health. Casa Bonita is exceptionally GOOD.
Terrible. Very sad conditions in this facility. Staffing shortages, call lights going off for long periods of time, unable to obtain accurate information, lack of follow through with family concerns and medical questions. In addition the room was almost 80 degrees in December which they said they were unable to adjust...Avoid if possible.
We go every Sunday for communion service at 10 AM. Staff is very welcoming and residents smile when they see us.
