Bad customer service,  they don't even how yo prepare coffee.  The lady who was there had a unhappy face and she didn't know anything about coffee,  also they didn't have enough variety of sweet bread. I was very disappointed with this place!

I went last night with my mom to get pan dulce. What a disappointment!!! It was our first time trying this bakery, my mom pick the bread and once we got home and offered bread to our guest it was solid hard. A waste of money. It seemed like the bread was old to be that hard. I wouldn’t go here again or recommend it to anyone.

Highly do not recommend.My mother went there last night, she picked up a couple of pieces that looked good. Paid around $15. All the bread was hard as hell. Not edible at all. All went to trash. Disgusting of those people to be selling those items so high prices.

I feel disappointed. I ordered a tres leches cake and it was so dry. I don’t mind paying a lot for a cake when I know it’s going to be good, but this one did hurt. My husband really wanted a tres leches cake for his birthday and unfortunately we just got a dried vanilla cake. :

I will always try to support our local businesses but I’m disappointed with this establishment. Sometimes the bread is “old” and  low on inventory. Today I went in and bought $5.09 worth of bread. I handed a $20 to the cashier. She proceeded to give $14 in all singles. I politely asked  to please give me a $10 bill in my change as I didn’t want to carry that many singles. She stated that she didn’t have any $10 dollar bills. This was NOT the case as I can clearly see her cash register and the different dollar denominations. So when I mentioned that to her, she became irritated and angry and literately  threw the change at me. Very dissatisfied with her negative attitude. I guess from now on I’ll be buying my bread from the Salvadorian Bakery on 116 n Hawthorne.

Highly do not recommend. Did a terrible job on what I had ordered. The The fondue was lumpy lumpy, Falling apart and looks nothing like the picture I had show them. I spent $40 on something I could have made at home and and still want me to pay the full $80 when I didn’t even get what I had ordered

We got a tres leches cake. It was huge for the price which was really good. And the flavors - reminded me of puerto rico! So creamy and moist. The lady didnt speak too much english but she was so smiling and friendly and helped me pick the right cake - they also have a bakery and it smells so good in there of fresh baked goods!

The pan used to be really fresh and good. I bought a bag full of bread, only to get home and realize, it was hard, we did not eat it.  I brought it back the following day, the lady looked at me then at the bread,  said "these 5 pieces are ok" , "but these other five are just a little hard". Said they bake bread every 3-4 days.  I guess I got there on day 4. I told her to keep the ones she though "were ok", but wasn't coming back.
